    Outstanding interview! I’m current active duty army and get out next year and I’m working on my private pilot certificate currently. I’ll be heading back to Dallas next year hopefully a cfii by then in one of the cadet programs (AA or a program that leads to AA)!

    Thank you for the great interview! I have heard that the majors are not requiring new pilots to have a 4 year degree, but this wasn’t covered. Was just wondering if this is true, or is American (who I want to fly for) still requiring a 4 year degree? Thanks for your time.

    Great interview!
    Sometimes the amount of acronyms can be a barrier for people to understand the whole conversation though. For example: is is really necessary to say CJO instead of conditional job offer? I find myself googling a lot of these acronyms when they turn out to be really simple

I think you have done a very good job and as a Black man who Is trying very much to get In this Industry I would ask for you to continue speaking, bringing awareness In the way that you have . You being a non black man raising awareness to how their may be discrimination Highlighting that Is really amazing please continue .
