@@MMOGamingGuy quick question, if you dont mind me asking (you may have covered it in the video already) but when would you reccomend checking out the league mechanic i like the look of the TFT style game mode and wanna give it a go but saw it was hard early on, would you reccomend doing campaign first?
@@Ferd_Turgeson Minions are VERY powerful, I never knew. The thing is I am building my guy to never do any damage myself, all minions do my damage for me. So I never need stats that up my damage. I use Zombies, Skeletons, Summon Raging Spirits, 3 Spectres, Phantasms auto spawn for me and 2 Golems, a Stone and Carion. The bosses melt in seconds. Sometimes I barely get to look at them and they monsters/bosses and done. And my minions don't die so I don't have to recast them (skeletons last 30 seconds). And with Frenzy support all the minions are super aggro and destroy everything near me and even off screen.
I just started playing in 2024/5 and briefly coming from Lost Ark. I love the fact that POE keeps it true to gaming, meaning no p2w. I started with the brute but switched to the witch and I'm working on my minion build. Currently I can summon 4 and I can heal my minions with some type of support rune and hitting them with an AOE for spell which is pretty neat for keeping the alive during battles, I also have a relic that heals them as well.

Yea I love necro style chars. Not surprisingly, am learning alit from this video. Just finished the second one and learnt more! Thanks! Looking forward to part 3!
@@MsZumbah You are going to be amazed at how much faster stronger and crazy the minions get. The Feeding Frenzy with Movement speed they go nuts. They are tanky too so I rarely have to revive them. Bosses are melting and general clearing is easy too. So far so good. 🙂
It's worth being cautious when upgrading gems as some use multiple stats, like int and dex, so if the characters dex is buffed by items and you upgrade potentially swapping a bit of gear will lock the gem. Pure damage gems are usually ok but supports totems and aura can be a bit more temperamental

I hope you a have a complet a 10 act one a speed run. Is a not to bad, bad, for my, is this system mutch mucht better. And i am sory for my language. My english is a too little. :D
Tbh nobody except Pohx managed to explain things better than you do; truth be told, you literally 1 upped them with this series; helped me a bunch, more than people sharing a POB link and then saying " Everything's in the description " only for that to be cryptic as fuck for new players. Quick question tho. Can PoE be played without investing money in the real game, aka, the storage tabs?!
Ah thank you, I wish I knew more about scaling up minion damage and I will have to learn about that before I make my next minion series. Can it be played for free, yes I did it as a challenge but you need to be a lot more picky when it comes to saving items, so no big section of div cards or unique stuff but thats ok. The storing of maps is tougher by far but you can vendor the same ones 3 for 1 and that helps. Best deal is the first blood pack then buy the map and currency tab and you are set to play.
