How about an ac that cools super cold and works properly minus a metal clanking noise that comes on after running for a short while that doesn't stop unless you turn off the ac and turn it back on?

That's odd...maybe you have a bad blower or a gate?

Some say yes, some say no. They're not expensive, so unless yours is new any way might as well. It's a really simple job to do.
