    Thank you for the links to the equipment; I don't see a link for the different size stepping stones you use to simulate uneven terrain at the very end of this video. Is there a place I can find them?

      Did you ever find them? I am just now watching this and could use those.

    Very cunning, simple exercises, activate a good part of the brain in parallel to control independent movements. Thanks for the idea

    What a coincidence! I have been messaging you on here due to my dad who had a stoke 4 months ago and is relearning everything. My mother recently had a stroke last night and her main deficit is imbalance and unsteady gait and I was looking for videos on your youtube channel on balance. I will use this for my mom right away. Thank you so much

      They are called balance stones but they are made for kids so there is a 125# weight limit that is why I did not include them in the items listed in the description. I show them just to give ideas on how to change the conditions in which you practice your balance activities :)

    Thanks, something different to try. I really appreciate these videos. I've noticed while being here in GA it gets rather chilly and spacticty really kicks in, and hinders my exercises. Does one ever get totally beyond the spasticity?

      Hi Fred, that is an excellent question! In my experience, this seems to be a common complaint so I would love to hear from others in this audience if they have ever had 100% relief.

    Hi, Tara! I am currently a PTA student and wanted to say that I appreciate all the helpful information you provide. Can you share where you purchased the uneven terrain triangles you used in the video?

    • @rehabhqofficial
      @rehabhqofficial  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Lorie! Thanks for watching. Here is a product link: amzn.to/3r3sIlI (be advised these are made for kids and state the weight limit is 220lbs) Also, there are other cheaper ones on amazon but these are the ones I have and I notice the other ones to not have the gray strip around the bottom. That gray strip is an antislip rubber which is really important. The other ones look like they just have antislip material on the corners. I hope that helps!
