Its crazy how many great bodybuilders in the late 90s and early 2000s that couldn't win Mr. Olympia. Kevin's muscle separation and conditioning was insane. Kevin Levrone, Flex Wheeler, and Shawn Ray were all deserving of at least 1 sandow.

Exactly this! Kevin Levrone and Markus Ruhl, both did a lot of front raises. But the Mr natural that learns from TH-cam think he doesn’t need it. They think they don’t need because their front delts “overpower” the rest of their delts. Well, that’s valid, but what if their delts are small to begin with? It doesn’t matter if the front delts are bigger of the whole shoulder as a whole is small. John Meadows said it best, people overestimate how good their front delts are. Another thing is, if you don’t have enough triceps to handle fatigue, you’re not doing as much as you should with OHP and presses, you need isolation. There is no shoulder that would not be better with front raises, not a single one. But I guess small shoulders being a weakness from the natural community is because they don’t take “gear”. 😂 While I’m an advanced natural that looks like someone that is on steroids because I train like a bodybuilder and not a powerlifter calling my exercises “accessories”.

Levrone had 1 in a million genetics when it comes to Anabolic Steroid reaction not only in terms of muscle accumulation but also the lack of visual side effects, no heavy breathing, no bloat, no gyno etc but well still have to see how his heart will be as he gets older
he had never used much. thats why he looks so clean and shiny. you ever see those white dudes with nasty skin, bloated AF in the face etc? yeah thats from abusing gear. those who look healthy are running the least. Take that from someone who has used AAS for multiple years.
