The house is AMAZING I was saying to myself "gosh they outdone themselves this time! even better than the LE SAKURA (my favorite!). BUT when it got to the bedroom part the FULL BEDROOM in LE SAKURA still makes it the BEST design and tiny house you ever made!

Love this tiny house! I would definitely live there during my retirement years , but I would like to have a dishwasher and a garbage disposal.... two essentials in my kitchen I would never live without
It’s cute but for your retirement years you won’t want the loft..I can pretty much guarantee you will want to be closer to the bathroom and not have to go down steep stairs in the middle of the night..sometimes multiple times lol..yeah..welcome to menopause! 😂 plus it’s not safe when you get past your 60’s to be climbing such steep stairs and climbing a ladder well forget that. Not that you wouldn’t be able to but that well…you will find out! That’s one reason I like them putting bedrooms downstairs . Now the ones with a gooseneck that has only a couple steps isn’t too bad but some of theses things don’t even have hand rails! That’s not even safe! 9 not taking bout this place but a majority of the videos of tiny homes don’t have them) I live in a 400 sq foot place now so am thinking about a tiny home in the future so love getting ideas. It’s not easy at times living so small though.

This is my absolute favorite so far. I love it even more than Sakura. The only thing missing is a real oven and your beautiful lighted kitchen cabinets. I realized it was built to order or I'm sure you would have put them in. Just love it and it is FANTASTIC!

I just have to tell you that I really LOVED the innovation for the lazy-susan doors beside the toilet and giving fuller access to the utility closet! Kudos to you guys n gals! I have been following you since your very first video and am amazed that you keep hearing the ideas contained in my heart and putting them into your builds! You had me and my heart at radiant heating! Now, to customize all the talents you people have to suit a short, elderly woman like me. I can't wait to get my ducks lined up in a row so I can discuss features and details for my turn to place an order and get my tiny house to me in Alberta! I am thinking my pot handles won't fit on the burners without hitting the wall. I will need my twin size bed on the same level as the toilet but a double bed for my kids to visit. I can sleep in the same room as the TV/living room but clothes and dressing still need to be private or near the bathroom. I might need pop-out steps or scaffolding? to reach upper kitchen cupboards as well as to get to the loft. I thought of an interesting idea for the storage above the kitchen to be within reach of the loft that you might like and might work. I have to have laundry included, a tub with shower for sure, wood burning something? fireplace? stove? that I can watch (and smell) but mainly rely on radiant heat. Propane burners, at least one, maybe induction also. Egress for a very short wide derrière both up and down. Table needs to freely move and change heights for different needs; counter level for food/garden prep, desk level for sewing and computer/office use and coffee table level for social needs/serving (36", 29", 18" heights) and possibly to turn a twin bed into a double bed - so maybe 12"? to make 4 levels or heights for the table with sturdy support without a lot of weight. The kitchen sink needs to be right at the front edge of the counter for me to reach and needs to be very wide and deep with a cover to increase counter space and pull out faucet. How about a dishwasher, Convection oven, no microwave, fridge raised off floor, galley kitchen, a couple of changes to the stair cupboards/openings, roll out drawers everywhere, DC lights and sockets additions to ac ones, Claire story or upper windows, vertical blinds with sheers behind on lower opening windows, glass or lites in front door but still with security structure, full bug screen for fully open door, figure out a way to get rid of panel look but not necessarily using dry wall though, smooth and shiny counters and floors would be great, upper and lower hanging rods in closet, water drain in bathroom floor maybe? with shower hose length to reach it for filling pots/pails/jugs etc too big for sink. outdoor access to hot n cold water as well as a BBQ, power plug in and maybe propane hookup all for an outdoor kitchen set up, and outside lighting on all sides but on separate switches. Preparation, if needed, for deck and or patio including kitchenette. I'm sure I'm missing some stuff . Oh must not forget air conditioning! KV

So much space! I could see this style in a 24' by 8' with just a bit of shrinkage. Haven't see all videos but would love a tiny home stripped to the very minimal cost and see how you guys do that.
