Out of personal experience I stopped to cut out something completely off my diet because if I do so I start to think about nothing else but the sugar, chocolate or whatever it is I try to reduce or eliminate. For myself it is better to reduce gently over time and to have in mind that I could eat everything if I wanted to.
That is a valid experience for sure and I am sure many people can mirror it. Sugar is interesting in that way, due to its addictive nature. The body craves it because its used to it and those cravings are STRONG! If gradual works for you, I say go for it!!
@@SpiraeaHerbs Yes, but one can redirect or correct what your body craves, e. g. for some years now I eat dark chocolate with at least 70 % cacao. Meanwhile it tastes really sweet to me so when I try a piece of milk chocolate when offered I nearly cant stand it because it is unbearable sweet to me now.
Salty! Just subscribed to you and I really enjoy everything I have watched so far.
Thank you so much! I truly appreciate it. Welcome!!
