I used semi dried chillies, but you can use dried or fresh.. for fresh chilis the cooking time is longer, until it evaporates all the moisture.. moisture will a ffect the shelf life of chili oil.. so cook it longer if you use fresh chili sir Ivan❤️

Since u used fresh chilli instead of dried chilli powder how long would it last in room temperature?
8 months now my chili oil still good. But you have to sterilize after bottling to make sure it will last longer❤️

Pwede po gamitin palm oil, Canola oil po or vegetable oil. Hindi po mamumuo maam. Store lang po @ room temperature❤️

Never tried maam. Pero i think pwede ung regular olive oil. Wag lng ung mga virgin at extra virgin.
It would taste different. Neutral-tasting oils would be better for this.

Today 1 bottle is left & its still good in room temperature. It will last maybe 6 months without preservatives
