I’d like to imagine that in the 3rd idea, Superman still ends up becoming a superhero who makes his debut after a natural disaster decimates an area, and quickly gains popularity and a petition forms to let him join the 7. Homelander would naturally see him as competition and manufactures an emergency to get Superman’s attention, and after it’s over, Superman introduces himself to homelander, and as the press circles around them, homelander asks Superman to follow him real quick, and when they’re out of sight of the press, homelander tries to intimidate him, however Superman believes that he’s just a bit insecure about them having the same powers and brushes it off. I like the animated Superman’s explanation of why Superman survived the explosion. His dad tried to warn his planet, he was a scientist, but an evil algorithm discredited him. The algorithm did this so that he could escape the planet instead of having to be kept there only to die in an attempt of saving the doomed world. Clarks father attempted to stop the algorithm, failed, and because of this didn’t have enough time to save himself and his wife. Clark would probably be seen as a "villain" in this universe. A "rouge vigilate." An "illigal alien who does whatever he wishes." They would make crimes and try to frame him and use to press to spur his every choice. From his "goodie two shoes" attitude to his costume. They would flag him alive every. Single day. Stopping the police from keeping america safe." And he would not apologize and keep protecting these people. Standing in the way of bullets. Grabbing tear gas and tossing it up high before it can explode on anyone. Vought would try and bye him and his time by trying to give him sponsors. There are some MAJOR points to iron out depending on what happens, but the core for this post is his personality and how he's raised. In your example, you have Vought somehow find out about Clark in childhood. So, we are going off the fact that the Kents raised Clark, thus there is still some semblance of humanity in him. I think the first step that would be taken is trying to get his blood to improve Compound V, as well as trying to raise him to be their Homelander. If they were stupid, and try to abuse him like we seen some supers/iterations, then they would screw over whatever lab was stupid enough to do that, cause as the first ACTUAL superbeing , they would have nothing to stop him at that level of power, or even have Solider Boy(who would still be active at this point) try and take him out. Then, either afterword under a 'handler', OR under a smarter choice as their first, actually try and treat him with at least some surface levels of compassion the Kents gave him while trying to mold him into Homelander.
Tbh, he would. Supes is such a genuine & good-natured person that "evil supermen" generally do believe they're doing the right thing. Hell, even clone supermen that were made to be pets like with luthor end up rebelling against him to become forces for good. The Man of Steel is a good person. Its why you have to create a completely new character like omni-man or homelander to even have an evil superman who doesn't, in some capacity, believe in what he's doing, b/c it just isn't superman otherwise.

Ok but if Homelander project WAS success, and Clark was raised but the kents without no one learning about the crash. And when Vought was looking for Heros to create the Seven, Superman applied for the Job. And now we have the Seven with Homelander AND Superman.
Of course, relations between Supes and Homelander would be liable to fall apart. If Superman saw what Homelander has done, he'd confront him about it. Also Superman might be more loved due to a more earnest desire to help people, thus spurring Homelander into jealousy... which never ends well for a superman character.
It's also possible that Superman and Stan Edgar having discussions over the years as Clark grows up would lead to a Heroes for Hire situation. Superman and the Seven actually go around saving people and Vought makes sure they get paid by the local governments whenever it happens. Basically, they would branch out into the private security/mercenary business. This also works better with Clark as opposed to OG Homelander because Superman is capable of handling almost any situation without incurring a single casualty.
@@AmericaChavez17 Homelander could definitely be realistic, he isn't a realistic superman. If he was raised by Vought, then he'd be absolutely broken. But have him raised by the kents or just kind & humble parents, he'd be, Superman.

BEFORE WATCHING VIDEO: Assuming he's raised the same way as he was in DC, at least in his childhood, he'd show the world of the Boys what a REAL hero is.
Queen Maeve would instantly fall in love maybe even marry and bear his childen with him... He is exactly what she wants in a man .... A strong, dominant but people loving and caring man...
No actually. I think you're confusing causation and correlation here. They don't get stronger with age, they get stronger as their amount of stored solar power increases. Their power growth isn't CAUSED by increasing age, it merely CORRELATES with increasing age as they get more time to absorb solar energy. This process can be spead up by spending time outside the atmosphere, flying to the sun, exposure to different types of suns, or using technology to collect and concentrate sunlight onto him. Likewise this can be slowed down or even reversed to make him weaker by exposure to red sunlight or heavy use of his powers to drain his stored solar energy.
If you ever watched Red Son Superman, It was him landing in Russia after WWII. I imagine he would be a better variation of Red Son Superman. He wasn't really a bad guy in Red Son.
That would be a more mature and far far stronger Homelander, he would fry the Boys. (Although he is a bit closer to Butcher regarding his start of darkness)
I didn't know you meant in the title cuz I was thinking what happens if I don't know you bring modern-day Superman into the boys Universe either after homelanders dead or Superman comes in taking his place taking him out and then leaving the seven
Superman would quickly put all the worst heroes in their place, encourage the lesser heroes to be better, become an inspiration to everyone to always be better, and overall be everything Homelander is not.
Regarding the Soldier Boy thing. Aren't Kryptonians weak to ionizing radiation now? That blast probably wouldn't kill him, but it would still weaken him.
I could have sworn that I've read/heard that one of his weaknesses, at least in the modern era, is ionizing radiation (such as that from a nuclear bomb) in general, not just kryptonite specifically. I'll go double check that real quick.
@@Lordmewtwo151 it depends on the day basically. But in general even in the animated series’s a nuke (a full nuke not a mini one like soldier boy has) will drain him but not enough to put him down. Kryptonite on the other hand has massively more impact usually draining his powers (but he usually has enough to still fight back. Like in the movies when he threw an ENTIRE ISLAND of kryptonite into the sun)
This is a super fun thought experiment. However, I think completely dimension shifting homelander and Superman would be really neat. A lot of this video was set up, which is totally understandable. By making it a little more simple, cutting out some of the fat, will have a much more concise and literal version of Superman. Also, we could see what poor homelander is getting up to in the DC universe. I don't think Superman would go 40 years without doing his best. Especially with his parents still alive. They would install him with the very American notion, that a man provides. America needs someone to rally behind. Someone not about consumerism, or monetary values. But true, American values. I believe Superman is exactly what the boys universe needs.
The Boys Team Would Probably Still Exist But For Villans, Super-man And The Good Seven Would Be Trying To Beat The Boys To The Villains So That The Boys Don't Kill The Villans
Even with Kryptonite, they would loose, because Superman was able to move planets under a red sun, and was able to lift an island the size of Manhattan, that was basically pure kryptonite. Kryptonite isn't a certain win against Superman, it's more like, "You have a 0.5% chance increase in winning,". Which is basically 0+0.5% chance of winning. And no Superman clone can win against Superman. Infact you can have a billion clone Superman, and the main Superman will never loose.
We need to understand that Superman has a lot of morality chains that keep him in check: his adopted parents, his friends and etc. We see that if he starts to lose them in some not natural way (for example, Injustice or Red Son), he quickly resorts to violence unless some other morality chain can hold him.
Superman in The Boyverse with NO kryptonite? Stan Edger's mind would be working overtime. Also, the gap between Superman & those heroes is way wider than it was with Homelander.
IMHO the gap between Superman & Homelander is much wider than the gap between Homelander & the other supes. Honestly it's just not a fair comparison at all. With no "magic" or Kryptonite there wouldn't be anything that could be done ... YMMV
Superman wouldn't be the same person. The thing that makes Clark and homelander different is how they were raised. He would be worse off then homelander if vought found him
You’re completely forgetting the fortress of solitude. Regardless of if VOT getting Superman even at birth, Superman would become a better person. Jor El would make sure of that. Let’s not forget to mention that when talking about that. Also the red sun would probably be discovered by VOT as a weakness.
Being the moral paragon had become stagnated, now even manga had supplanted U. S. superheroes, and of course The Boys and Invisible, from a independent comic book studio, the reason is simple, the stories are stagnant, and people not trust or not care anymore about Superman being a goody two shoes, Goku can fight for his friends or for the whole planet, but the main reason why he fights is because he likes a good fight, sometimes endangering the people that he tries to protect, and his fights are not only punches, are chaotic and full of destruction, and the "superheroes" in The Boys and Invisible are either shady or like everyone else make mistakes, sometimes go to far, even if they call themselves the good guys.
I think that if superman was in the boys it would kinda parallel Red Son Superman (I better remember the animated movie than the comic), where superman is intrinsically good but gets some influence from the ideology around him
Remember, it's possible in this scenario that Superman would end up similar to Nazi Superman, who, while he was raised by the Nazi party and would commit horrible acts, did keep his morals to some degree as he was haunted by the things he did and it would keep him up at night, also despite being a Nazi Nazi superman detested the idea of concentration camps. So I could imagine a scenario where he's taken be Vaut and raised to be a hero, and he does what Vaut tells him to do even if he doesn't like it or want to, with a couple exceptions. In this scenario it's likely the company would hire a psychiatrist for him, probably at his behest, and voice his issues and thoughts. It's also possible if Vaut made a clone of Superman that they would see what would happen by injecting Compound V into it, which could lead to the clone being even stronger than superman is.
the idea of vought using the DNA of Clark to create an amped version of compound V would be a really cool story to follow. I imagine there would be a scene where the Clark version of HL meets his brother and speaks with him. The conflicted feelings and pain that he has caused disturbs him and has damaged him but Clark being Clark cheers him up. Calling this version of HL "Brother" and saying that he will forever be welcome to visit and the like. If anything the story of this version of HL is a lot like a version of Super Boy. The conflict arises from HL being unable to fulfill the higher standards he may hold himself to. the pressure ever mounting to be perfect and profitable instead of making him a sociopathic killer makes him a neurotic anxiety riddle demi-god that slowly emotionally self destructs feeling like he has failed his bother, himself, and the company. Maybe even having a similar ending like a mix of Golden Boy and Tech Knight from the Comics. where instead of his brain and body dying to a brain tumor and the moment he dies in a hallucination; he instead has a legitimate moment of sacrifice. Using his powers to the fullest extent the universe will allow and ends up killing himself in the process. Making himself in his own eyes a true hero and doing his brother proud. and the rest of the story is Clark and the Boys tearing down vought one brick, one supe, one appearance at a time. The series ending with Clark becoming Superman and bringing in an era of hope being a symbol of peace and strength against impossible odds. With Billy and the Boys having found peace and justice against the corporation that has caused them and others so much pain and agony.

Supergoat finna show ever how being a superhero is done
Later Superman hears screams and rushes to the scene and sees a massacre with homelander at the center of it, and when Superman confronts him homelander will reply “and what are YOU going to do about it”, to which Superman will respond “put a stop to this”.
I imagine Homelander would throw the first punch after such a comment... only to break his hand on Superman's face.
@@wanderingaceminecraftandmo8034 I honestly prefer to Imagine both of them using heat vision at the exact same time, however Superman’s quickly overpowers homelander’s. Homelander would be shocked by this and proceed to punch him before Superman can react, then he breaks his arm.

It would be funny seeing Homelander's face when the stronger version of himself shows up
So the routes summarized are "Superman but brand deals", "Superman but Injustice but not Batman", or "Superman is lawful good Soldier Boy". Neat.
Single day.
And you know what... Clark wiuld still choose to save them. All with a smile on his face. He would talk people down from up highs. And it would be framed as him taking away thwir free will. But he would never stop.
He would protect mobs and protesters from police brutality, and be told he was "getting in the way of proper procedure. Taking the law into his own hands. Stopping the police from keeping america safe." And he would not apologize and keep protecting these people. Standing in the way of bullets. Grabbing tear gas and tossing it up high before it can explode on anyone.
Vought would try and bye him and his time by trying to give him sponsors. And he wohld always politely decline and ask them to give the money they would have spent on him, to charity.
Because that's who Superman is. Even in the darkest of worlds, he is a light. He has the power to bend the world yo his will...but decided to use that power to give people a choice. And be an example.
Lastly he might have to kick homelanders ass should he ever appear. That or try to directly mentor hin and teach him about self worth, love, acceptance... and if/ when that doesn't work, he'll kick his ass and send him to jail. No mayter how many times Vought pays his bail.
The boys would never know how to stop Superman cause they would automatically assume he would be another sup created by Compound V.
I honestly think that Superman would probably make The Boys either irrelevant or at least change them significantly. If we're talking the TRUE heart of gold, demigod of hope Superman then he could probably even convince Butcher of his good intentions eventually. And with someone like him on their side I can see them at the very least working with him occasionally to give him incriminating evidence on Supes too powerful for them to just kill.

The heroes might actually become heroes also vaught likely wont have control over superman
The boys would have to hope Superman remains a good guy... because he wiping everybody out
Tbh, he would.

Homelander would melt in a fit of white hot jealousy
i think the good varients better and makes more sense for clark
It's also possible that Superman and Stan Edgar having discussions over the years as Clark grows up would lead to a Heroes for Hire situation. Superman and the Seven actually go around saving people and Vought makes sure they get paid by the local governments whenever it happens. Basically, they would branch out into the private security/mercenary business. Krytonians grow in strength with age that clone is doomed

That blast probably wouldn't kill him, but it would still weaken him.
weak versions of Superman have survived nuclear blasts that are way stronger than his.
He usually heals by absorbing more solar radiation
It’s just kryptonite radiation and magic, though a nuclear bomb in the dark knight returns almost kills him.
The boys universe would become more peaceful add Batman together with Sups its a different game
Super man would have saved the seven 🙏
If you bring in Superman, you NEED to bring the Kents as well, they're 80% of why Clark is the way he is.
Superman would the most powerful opponent The Boys will ever face
Even with Kryptonite, they would loose, because Superman was able to move planets under a red sun, and was able to lift an island the size of Manhattan, that was basically pure kryptonite.
Kryptonite isn't a certain win against Superman, it's more like, "You have a 0.5% chance increase in winning,". Which is basically 0+0.5% chance of winning.
And no Superman clone can win against Superman. Infact you can have a billion clone Superman, and the main Superman will never loose.
What's your source for the last claim? I'm curious.

We need to understand that Superman has a lot of morality chains that keep him in check: his adopted parents, his friends and etc. We see that if he starts to lose them in some not natural way (for example, Injustice or Red Son), he quickly resorts to violence unless some other morality chain can hold him.
tbf Injustice has horrid characterization, Red Son is a better example
Superman in The Boyverse with NO kryptonite? Stan Edger's mind would be working overtime. Also, the gap between Superman & those heroes is way wider than it was with Homelander.
IMHO the gap between Superman & Homelander is much wider than the gap between Homelander & the other supes. Honestly it's just not a fair comparison at all. With no "magic" or Kryptonite there wouldn't be anything that could be done ... YMMV
Superman wouldn't be the same person. The thing that makes Clark and homelander different is how they were raised.
He would be worse off then homelander if vought found him
A scenario you missed. Vought tracks Supermans pod and intercepts it. Then Vought will have total control over him, think Red Son.
Well the thing is homelander can be stopped but if Superman turned to the dark side we would be annihilated
Basically a Reverse Kingdom Come story or kinda the like the plot from Superman VS. The Elite story.
If Superman stuck to his morals, I think he would eventually leave Vought
You’re completely forgetting the fortress of solitude. Regardless of if VOT getting Superman even at birth, Superman would become a better person. Jor El would make sure of that. Let’s not forget to mention that when talking about that. Also the red sun would probably be discovered by VOT as a weakness.
If they went the Black Noir route with this Homelander, would they end up with a really psychopathic Bizzaro?
"What if Superman replaced Homelander?" The world would be a better place thats what.
What if billy butcher became this worlds batman after teaming up with superman to kick the crap out of clone homelander
Super man just walking through vought tower/ seven tower would immediately make most of the staff good people.
...and Clark would eventually learn what happened to his parents and burn Vought tontje ground.
I think that if superman was in the boys it would kinda parallel Red Son Superman (I better remember the animated movie than the comic), where superman is intrinsically good but gets some influence from the ideology around him
I feel like peacemaker cast would fit perfectly in the boys universe
