I was chasing the train up the I-5 and made for the first off ramp. Found that spot and stayed there a bit. It’s a nice location

Was the BNSF M-VBTPAS?

I am not sure which train it was. I was heading north though so not heading to Pasco. Having said that it could have originated there.
