Correct! The employer can determine what language level they require of their employees. The language proficiency levels are the levels by CEFR: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2. Some employers want their employees to have the A2.1 language proficiency. Others require either A2.2 or B1. If the A2.1 level is enough for the employer one is going to work for, then the language training takes about 6 months. If the proficiency requirement is higher, then the studies will take a bit longer. But all in all, it's a maximum of 12 months.

Based on this consent form our language partner NLRC will send you an email so you can create your account on our online language learning platform. Around the same time you will receive an email from us with another form to submit your documents. We will check these documents while you are doing the self studies. Once your documents have been approved you will receive your interview booking link. The interview will be in the form of a simple language assessment based on the contents of the self studies. Upon passing this interview you will be signed up to the real language studies and from there on it is a very straight forward road to starting work here in Finland! We hope this clarified things! Hi! Our recruitment program does not have a hard age limit. You must simply be deemed fit to work by a physician. We have however noticed that the percentage of people who successfully Finnish the language studies drops significantly after 50.
Try joining via a public WIFI in a café near you. The orientation is a mandatory step to move on with the recruitment process as you will be asked to fill in a consent form to start your language training.

Hi! There is no age limit. As for education we do require our recruits to have a formal education in the form of a caregiver certificate or other certificate of the same sort. the medical certification must include at least 600 hours of studies. Make sure to join the zoom meeting at the correct time as the times stated in the email are in Finnish time zone (EEST) so you will need to convert this to your local time zone.
Also make sure to connect tot the waiting room a couple minutes beforehand to secure your space in the orientation.

Hi! We do require our caregivers to have some form of formal education in the medical field that encompasses at least 600 hours of study. You can learn more about our requirements during one of our online orientations where you are also able to ask questions.

Everyone should be let into the orientations there is no reason at all that you are stuck in the waiting room.
Make sure you are joining the orientation at the correct time. The times in the email are in Finnish time so you need to convert these to your local timezone.

Our recruitment program does not have a hard age limit. You must simply be deemed fit to work by a physician. We have however noticed that the percentage of people who successfully Finnish the language studies drops significantly after 50.

If you are in the Philippines you will need to go through our partner in the Philippines called Topmake. The process is exactly the same but due to local laws you will need to go through Topmake.

There is no age limit. As for education we do require our recruits to have a formal education in the form of a caregiver certificate or other certificate of the same sort. the medical certification must include at least 600 hours of studies. The orientations are held on specific dates and times. You will need to join one of the orientations during the time stated in the email. Make sure to convert these times into your local time zone as they are stated in Finnish time (EEST).
