Thank you my friend, I appreciate you saying so. Amazing that you run every day, it’s changed my life doing so as well. Wishing you a great week and thanks so much for the kind words 🫡👍
Hey Jody, another great video, packed with more great advice, especially for us older runners. I’m just checking in for accountability really, I’m still going strong with my running and my dry streak-dispite a few minor health issues this last week. Keep up the good work 👍🏃🏻♂️➡️ Colin
Yes Colin, accountability is what it’s all about my friend. Keep pushing and keep up that amazing long term mindset. Thanks for checking in, it means a lot to me and I’m routing for you my friend 🫡👏🫡
Thanks so much, I appreciate you letting me know. This video didn’t do so well which was a shame as I really enjoyed putting that one together. Glad to have you along for the ride and appreciate it mate 👍
Another inspirational video which touches on many of my own personal obstacles ive had to overcome. I got a little carried away with my stride and ended up with painful shin splints again. A chance to rethink my running strategy and slow things down a little. Starting up again once the shin muscle allows me.. Keep up the great vids Jody, they are the best out there on youtube for me personally. Much appreciated Col
Thanks so much Col, it means a lot you saying that as it’s why I do it, and of course it take a bit of effort to pull it together. Go easy on the shin splints, they are very frustrating and take a while to recover mate. I’m just finishing up a week in Mallorca and will be back with a new video soon. Thanks as always mate, have a great Sunday 🫡
I run 5 km everyday which makes me happy...and do yoga...the way you talk is inspiring...some things I need to step out of my comfort zone.
