    Great Video, keep it up. Good luck with the life challenges! On delayed gratification I try to save over a few months to buy pricey items as opposed to doing one lump sum payment-makes me feel better about the purchase. I've been watching your shoe reviews to help me pass the time while im saving before my purchase

    If only I knew how easy it would be, it’s been over 2 years and I don’t have any cravings at all, for me the key difference was that I didn’t suffer withdrawal, not even within the first 30 days after go’ogling and following Steffon Barkload’s and quitting because I just wanted to.
