Hey Jody Another great video. I’m using an old vivoactive 3!!!! Now saving the money I used to spend on liquor for an upgrade! Had a fantastic run tonight, up & then down a big (ish) hill. 3 weeks AF now, feels like I’m back on track…..thank you. Colin
You legend Colin, very proud of you mate. It’s great to spend the money saved on something way more positive on your health (that’s my excuse anyway 😂). Honestly mate, it’s such an honour to be a small part of your journey, you are doing amazingly well and so great to hear 🫡🫶🏻🫡👏👏
@Runningonthemind it's been very quiet on there unfortunately. The running has taken a little back step to the biking now. Getting the gravel bikes has been brilliant though. Still running races planned though and a few more gravel events this year.
You don't long press the button to undo the lap, you just press it once. Should have noticed you're doing something wrong when the media controls came up every single time and your lap counter increased anyway :D
@@lukas_berger thank you Lukas, you’re right. I thought I’d set up a short cut wrong but realised after watching the vid and double checking it was that. Thanks for pointing that out, I will highlight the comment so people notice they will see your comment 🫡
@@Runningonthemind I'm so glad they added the undo feature not too long ago, the amount of times I accidentally pressed the lap button... But now I set up a hotkey (System -> Hot Keys) for "Hold BACK: Lap" and disabled "Lap Key" in all my activity profiles like Run, Walk etc. so just pressing the back key won't create a lap, it's just going back to the watch face. To get a lap, now I have to actively hold the BACK/LAP key, way less likely to do by accident.
Best tip. I often accidentally press the lap button when I don’t want to and it is so annoying on long runs, when I keep track of my kms by the number of laps done.
Nice one mate! I have the 47mm
The 51 looks like even more of a beast!!!
Thanks dude - not a lot of difference between the two, mainly just a bigger battery in the 51. Still love it for sure 👌🏼
@Runningonthemind 💥💥🙏

@@katratadventures9571 agreed, it’s a real game changer and the tip from Lukas is a game changer
