As a Brazillian i can assure you that everything they tried on the video is absolutely delicious. The Moqueca has to be well done tho, not everyone can do it right.
Wow, great video! I was born in Brazil, but my parents are from Indonesia- and the youtube gods just put this video on for me 😄. And eat the feijoada with the beans on top of rice, and farofa; it is delicious! Farofa is basically cassava flour. There’s many preparations of farofa, fried with eggs and tad of bacon and parsley, or even raisins and nuts for the holidays. Brazilians desserts may not appeal to Asians because they are very sweet, but I love them in small amounts. One of my favorites is pumpkin compote with queijo de Minas (salty farmers fresh cheese). Keep up with the good content!💪🏼

The thing with Brazilian desserts is that they're all very sweet. Watch out if you're not a big fan of condensed milk cause it goes everywhere. Next time try "brigadeiro", it is the most loved and traditional BR dessert. 😋😋
Brasilian deserts are very sweet, Wu put condensed milk in almost everything! But that was a very good looking meal! The restaurant made it worth our tradition.
Im brazilian, so... about "farofa", there are so many ways to make it (like all other brazilian dishes/foods) all over the country, but the most common, traditional, 99% of it is... "mandioca" flour.. mandioca is a root (some people called it cassava in english, but I think its not cassava, wharever cassava is... though very similar) and indigenous people used a lot here in Brazil, and portuguese colonists learnt with they how to make everything from it, and the history goes to nowadays. We have a lot of things made from mandioca (in some states its called mandioca, in others "macaxeira", its the same thing with diferent names... laso, its pretty common in Venezuela and Colombia and several other countries all over South America). To make farofa, we "rasps" the mandioca and fries it... ;-)
Thanks for sharing the information. Now know more about this mandioca flour 😃👌🏻 Looks the same as/ similar to cassava though, when I looked up on google. We use a lot of cassava in Indonesian cuisine too, including the cassava flour 😊
It is similar, but not exactly the same. Leche flan uses only egg yokes, while pudim uses whole eggs. Leche flan uses vanilla/vanilla extract, pudim doesn't. Leche flan uses both sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk, while pudim uses only sweetened condensed milk.
Great video! Just for your knowledge the moqueca dish is a stew made of onions, bell peppers (red and yellow, tomatoes, coconut milk, dende oil (it´s an oil made from the dendezeiro -a palm tree originated from Africa-), coriander and dogfish. It´s pretty popular here. Cheers from Brazil!
Some people make it more dry while others like it more wet. The main ingredients are the potato and flour cover, and the chicken inside. Apart from that, you can put whatever you want

That’s so awesome!
Try Cairo nights at Lygon street
It's the only Egyptian restaurant and it's really good.
Recommendations is super sayadia
And hawashi
Never tried Egyptian food before! Thanks for the recommendation, we will definitely try it 👍🏻👍🏻
It isn't curry. It's Palm (Dendê) oil mixed with coconut milk.
Love condensed milk and love flan! Lieles doesn't love flan so I don't make it at home any more but I would have it every day if I could, and if I wouldn't gain 20 million kilos hahaha
Hahaha I know right! Flan is really good but it’s very sweet 😆
Fofos
I always describe guaraná as a fusion of ginger ale and sprite!
Ahh that’s a good one 👍🏻
OMG once lockdown lifts you have to go to bagels baby it only opened two weeks ago and some of there food has been selling out early so I recommend going in the morning! It’s in Pascoe vale south! And the Bagels are incredible there Awsome!
Hey 👋 thanks for the recommendation! We need to check Bagels Baby, we have seen it on social media too. Looks like a great bagels place 👍🏻 🥯
Pão de Queijo is correct ... but we say Coxinha (Coshinha)
Would love to try the moqueca! Always down for fish dishes like these
Oh man, that moqueca was a surprise dish to us. We didn't expect to be so tasty. Definitely a must try! No wonder Netflix has featured it!
The word "pão de queijo" was not 100% spelled right, but all Brazilians can understand it. Also your asian accent in the word was really cute.
Thanks for the feedback! Haha yeah our Indonesian accents are still very thick 😆
eles estão comendo frio ?
Your pronunciation of 'pão de queijo' is not exactly as it should, but it's quite decent; much better than the typical Engliah accent, for instance.
Thanks so much for the feedback! 😃
SORRY FOR CAPS. VISUAL PROBLEMS. GUARANÁ IS AN AMAZON FRUIT. THE DRAWING FRUIT ON THE CAN IS GUARANÁ. NOT LEMON, NOT CHERRY...
90% OF THE INGREDIENTS OF PÃO DE QUEIJO IS CHEESE. THAT'S WHY YOU FEEL THE CHEESE FLAVOR.
Now thats a steak sandwich! The meat looked cooked to perfection! Shame you couldn't get the steak to takeaway. This is still just as good!
Yes it is cooked to perfection 👍🏻
We can do takeaway for the steak but we didn’t choose it because we know it’s not gonna be as good as if we were to have it in the restaurant 😊
i will summon a lot of brazilians in comments
I think that this moqueca was made with homemade coconut milk.
You suposed to put the "moqueca" and the "feijoada" on top of the rice
it is cassava! manioc flakes!
For the love of god, please mix the stews with the rice!! 🤣😅🙈 They aren't soup, hahaha
Next time try to mix everything in the Feijoada. You are supoused to eat It Mixed up
Sorry to say, but, Guaraná, tastes like Guaraná. You can't compare, because there is nothing to compare.
