XV-mon has also evolved into AeroV-dramon, Magnamon, Wingdramon, Megadramon, MetalTyrannomon, and Holyangemon in different games like Digimon Story and Digimon World (not sure which explicit games but in those series). It's not perfectly fair, because none of those evolutions were explicitly meant for it.. (besides Magnamon but that's also a Digiegg) but it is a possibility.

I LOVE the Veedramon line my favorite of all and if they decide to do an Adventures 02 continuity I want Davis’s Veemon to reach UlforceVeedramon while Ken’s Wormmon becomes BanchoStingmon after we see him digivolve from Jewelbeemon, I always prefer Veedramon line over Paildramon/Imperialdramon line though I still love that epik line Veedramon just appeals to me more.
Random thought about the JP terms for evolution. Why is perfect = ultimate yet ultimate = mega? Wouldn't perfect be the pinnacle of their forms? I am pretty sure that perfect > ultimate in terms of how the words are used to describe something. A perfect score is the highest you can possibly get. Not faulting the terms they used but they do bug me when I think about them more.

It's probably due to all Digidestined's Digimon partner have their very own Perfect form yet only two Digidestined have Ultimate form and both get their Ultimate form through special way, being shot by two Angel Digimon. So, when the original Digimon Adventure first came out, the staff for the English dubbed probably thought Perfect was the pinnacle of evolution and Mega was a special evolution especially since the original Japanese emphasized Ultimate (Mega) as "the evolution that manage to surpasses the Perfect stage" and it's remains that way ever since.

Ultimate Level didn't originally exist and Digimon went up to Perfect level since that was supposed to be end of the line. Because ultimate was created later down the line, only War Greymon and Metalgarurumon appeared in the anime. A lot of levels were retconned like Mugendramon and Houhoumon changing from Perfect to Ultimate. Ultimate isn't a level that is supposed to be reached normally which is why only specific digimon reach that level. It is the true end of the line, aside from Super Ultimate in some circumstances, but it only exists where it is mentioned, otherwise Digimon end at ultimate Like in the DRB or the Anime
