I used to be somewhat similar to the main character here. Being very thin weak shy introverted and bullied kid was very hard for me. My turning point was starting to exercise. I have been doing this for over 6 years now, I’ve gained around 20-25kg of muscle mass and that made me a lot more confident. Girls used to avoid me back then just like the “incel” was. Now i notice girls glancing at me randomly which makes me happy about the progress I have made throughout all these years. I can’t say I’m fully developed yet. Well, I am not longer an incel but I was one. And I could tell you it was kinda my fault. I think I never developed the bitterness but I totally was self centered and selfish. When I stoped worryng about myself and started to genuely pay attention to others I started to feel better even without girlfriend and eventually I got one in a few months.

I realized from these events that I'm most likely a mentalcel, because I can't get a girlfriend because I'm crazy. You see even when you read this you'll see I have schizotypal tendencies in speech. So after all the personality does matter, but you know it's not a choice how you're gonna get born.
