? Is there an easy way one can tell a rooster from a hen when theyre that age .. from watching this ?

No and John tried seeing a bunch last year and ended up with all roosters, lol. Unless you have been trained it's not easy. Some breeds of birds, males will be a different color when born. I think certain sexlink birds
