It's a lot similar to some of our trainning in rugby. The burpees+high kness are always present! I'll be using when it's not trainning day with the team! Great workout, Joe!

The amount of calories you burn would depend on your size/weight. Google - a 150-pound person doing aerobics for 15 minutes will burn about 100 calories. This same activity for someone who weighs 200 pounds will burn 135 calories. Workout intensity and your metabolism are also a factor.

The last exercise I was wondering why he kept talking about it working your shoulders and arms, while for me it was my legs and abs. Then I remembered that men and women have difference centers of gravity lol
GTV Arthur You mean you can't do crunches because your core is weak? Doing crunches will, along with other exercices, strengthen your core! (Crunches are easy normally)
