The ear version of SCP-1048 was made not from stealing ears.
It can let out a scream which causes pain in the ears and eyes of people in a 10m radius around it.
A security team attempted to contain it and it let out the scream, this caused the entire team to feel pain as ears grew all over them.
The entire team had ears grow all over them as they died within a few minutes, they were all dead, the bodies gone when a doctor came.
096 should be no#1 because in 096-1-A, it breached containment and killed 100s of 1000s on its rampage towards a person who looked at the oldest found picture with 096s face and 1000000s more after that saw his face while running towards his original destination.
