Imagine, if done correctly, a shared movie universe all about SCP’s and the facilities etc. You could do movies focusing on multiple ones, have movies focusing on individual ones, focusing on the facilities themselves. The possibilities are endless.
WAAAAAY too hard to handle the copyright issues. Plus, they work okay as plotless, fictional reports. As movies, that kinda need a coherent plot, they would be found lacking greatly. The closest you're going to get are TV shows like Friday the 13th The Series, Warehouse 13, and The Librarians.
