I've worked out on traditional heavy bags th-cam.com/users/postUgkxp9-sf95nqfjey-uyzxUzQ7m9MXRPK1BE a spherical stuffed "wrecking ball" bag, and now this thing. What I like about it is that it has the heft to stay largely in place so I'm not chasing it around. It's tall enough to allow for headshots and body shots, but it's short enough to give an uppercut somewhere to land. I'm very happy so far. Filling it was a bit of a cluster. For top-offs, I've learned that you can screw the supplied nozzle onto any basic plastic water bottle. I can't speak to durability as I've only had it a week.
Thanks for the review! You need to check out grodex reflex in comparison to the fierce. I’ve used both a lot but grodex simply now out punches them. The latest version and spring is just so superior. I also have the mamba and found the same issue in the wiggle. Customer service is great though! They replaced my base when I reached out and also have now included product notes NOT to pick up or move your base by the stick. Push it with your foot or pull it from the base dont grab the stick to move it. It’ll break down.

Your sound is good, video is great, information was helpful. The headset mic was a good idea too. Tiny suggestion : compress your voice with a pretty heavy hand (squish the crap out of it). It adds that radio tone we’re all used too. Sounds good but just a tip from a pro audio random. Cheers

Compression is a weird one in audio… you can over do it, but so it’s good to be subtle, but with voice, you can lay it on thicker than you expect and it still sounds ‘good’. Most people hesitate to compress heavily because they know it can sound bad but vocals / voice sometimes really needs to be slammed in order to get that ‘radio announcer’ tone. Cheers

Weighing in this morning at 125..and very bored with my 9R that is s o oo oo s l o w w w...I am ready to move up to a top of the line bag. All black..no foo foo colors for me Prof.

I have the ringside elite 2. They made the base better and spring longer so its faster than the 1st version you have. I love it. Eventually though I'll probably upgrade to a FR for that extra speed.. good video

Glad this was helpful! You def can’t go wrong with the Fierce Flex 👑 the biggest difference is the amount of power and weight it’s designed to handle. Typically it’s recommended to do chin level but I think it really comes down to personal preference. Sometimes I raise it up a little higher to really work my head movement and defense 🦋
These aren't heavy bags, they aren't made to to be punched hard, the double end bag and reflex bad are not built for that. "Next time" you make a comment telling someone to do anything, "you" should make sure you know what you're really talking about. 🙂
You've turned me off to these Reflex Bags. I want something that you have to HIT - not TOUCH and tippy-tap. You might as well be shadow boxing the way you were "hitting" those bags. When you're doing infighting, you have to have speed and power on those short punches. The movement of these Reflex Bags is great but an evaluation of how DURABLE they are under a hard workout would be more informative.
