A few people have asked me about Kewlus, and that might be the one reflex bag I have yet to try. Hopefully I get around to testing that bag soon, and I'll report back 🥊
@@reflexbagworkouts Thanks man. I just bought it as that was the only bag that fit my requirements and the only one that was available to ship right away. Just hooked it up and love it so far. It feels super quick, the speed is adjustable though. Hardest part for me was to figure out the base and adding a stable platform because the ks3 spring it came with requires more weight for it to stick as its much quicker than their previous spring. I added about 100lbs on base + another 70lbs weights on top. This felt good for most users but would love 50 more lbs so it never moves even with power punches.
