I am so glad to find your channel, we live literally in the middle of nowhere (it costs so much more for anyone to come to do anything for us) and dont have excess money, so we try to do everything ourselves, we cleared around the house because its in bushfire zone, and not really any shade on windows so i bought some film/mirror and have done 2 bedrooms, but i will watch your other videos before i do anymoe, thanks so much for such a helpful channel.
OH THANK YOU SO MUCH ........ THANK YOU , THANK YOU, i just did mine and it turned out pretty good but for a small amount of moisture trapped, i am hopeful now that it will sort itself out.
Thanks for the tips! Just installed some tint in my kitchen and it has some small bubbles. Crossing my fingers that it's the water you mentioned and will go away in a few days.
What if you followed all the rules and cleaned the windows better than how to came from the factory. However the film is still bubbling at the edges, in some areas.
Hey Stownley, if the film is bubbly at the edges wouldn’t it have to be dust or grit, contaminants from hands (oils), maybe too much material and it’s bunching up and needing to be trimmed back a little? If it’s water bubbles they will disappear in time. All the best, Kent
Hey Rasta, Question 1; yes small water bubbles tend to happen after all tint installs - it's very common and they disappear. Question 2; Nah have a go yourself, I'm sure you are up to it! feel free to fire any questions my way. cheers, Kent
Hi, I need some tips please. I'm just starting out with tinting. I have a major issue with most dirt on the edges and corners that doesn't always stick. I scrape the glass, squeegee it then wipe the edges all around. This is a nightmare for me!!!
Hey Bronwin, I feel your pain, just when I think I’ve mastered it I do the same thing ..new tint plus some rogue dust or grit💁🏻♂️ there is a few tips here.. m.th-cam.com/video/96mqivCR-rU/w-d-xo.html best of luck mate. 👍 Kent
