I'm fortunate to have a semi rare collector/shop in my area. I've been waiting for a large-ish heart shaped philo for a long time. Ever since watching Kaylee's videos and I caught the bug. That is the goal for this years wishlist.
I haven't fallen down the Hoya hole yet but that silver dollar is FIRE !!🔥🥰 My P silver sword is still one of my fav plants bc of that bluish silver color!!
I’m not going to be buying many plants at all this year. My goal is for everything I currently own to be as happy and healthy as possible first, then focus on getting new things😊 b u t some plants I’ve had my eye on for a while are the maranta leuconeura silver band (which funny enough is in the thumbnail), a monster albo (always), anthurium chamberlainii, a couple hoyas like the nova ghost, deykei, and a lacunosa royal flush, a begonia chlorosticta, and a begonia dathvaderiana. those r just some options of things that if I came across I would definitely purchase
I'm waiting. When a fully grown huge Thai with 7+ leaves was $500 only last year and would probably sell now for a few thousand I realize how ridiculous the markup is on plants that are in huge demand. I'll wait for tissue culture. I'm enjoying working on my collection of lower-priced plants and there's a huge selection of those.
I’ve wanted a Mottled Whipple Way for a year now. But I categorically will not contribute to any triple digit plant price. So if I find one sometime down the line then perhaps. Another beauty is the Calathea Silver Plate. It’s purty.

If you like very pale plants and don't hate snake plants, the sansevieria moonshine is amazing. It is almost white. I am not sure if it is age or light thing though. I got mine in Tesco in autumn. It was ridiculously cheap and there were 3 mature plants, all of them green, and one white baby in the pot. The baby has grown to the size of the mother since then but still keeps the pale colour.
I also have share some of these wishlist plants! I want the poly, the variegated golden dragon, and the whipped way!! Personally I cannot afford the current plant prices, so I will have to wait to until they drop a bit. Always love wishlist videos!
That made me add two new plants to my list. Although I not have to many plans. About 20. It's also the poting, soil etc... What makes me being slow with buying new plants.

Hi Princess! Congratulations on your plant business again and HAPPY NEW YEAR! My plish list is about sixty plants long as far as I know but it is not a list with such refined plant taste as yours. You've surpassed where my plant taste is at and I'm not jealous or mad. I myself though am very picky about which plants I want. I always have been. That behavior is just extended from being picky about all other aspects of my Life. Yes, of coarse, take it easy. Working continuously is exhausting and can become costly to the soul. The soul being the body and spirit together which makes you. You look beautiful as before so you want to hold on to good health. It is sad that plant prices have sky rocketed since turning to them was to be a comfort to any human that cared to be all the more closer to nature, to leaves and flowers. But as humans we will always leap to the extreme where either we will catch ourselves or it will be limited to the few or the whole thing will implode and humans will move on. The only plant on that list you have that I want is the syngonium. Love them and that one is especially pretty. But it will take a few years well before I will get that because I'm never going to pay a sky rocketed price for it. I only just knew it existed by your showing of it in this video. But I know it is on my list to get and yes I will wait for as long as it takes to get such a beauty. Well, I'll stop here. I've said alot. I love the golden dragon variegated too but I have seriously not seen it for sale at all in UK/Europe, and prices from Asian sellers is actually insane right now haha and way out of my budget. Same with whipple way, never seen it here! It's scary I've seen so many plant shops sell tortum as polypodioides, which is definitely is not but a cheap dupe I guess. I love esmeraldense too but I think I prefer my patriciae over my esmeraldense because it seems to grow a bit better. I've only seen a couple lynamii sold in UK/Europe at crazy prices that again I can't justify, same with red spot tricolour, I'm not pay 300 for a one leaf cutting! :( Hopefully I can wait for prices to drop for that as the tricolour is a beautiful syngonium! What's on my 2021 wishlist: homalomena variegated, dieffenbacchia variegated, more dark anthuriums and hybrids (so many to collect!), always philodendron SS, ficus shivereana and maybe a variegated stephania erecta :D

Another plant like the Whipple Way that fades from orange/cream/yellows to green is the Golden Ring of Fire/Ring of Fire Aurea. I ended up with one as a cutting about 8 months ago and its pretty neat. I can send pics of my Golden RoF if desired.

I would love to get a Hoya macrophylla albomarginata, it is not hard to get your hands on and it grows fast, so I am ok with just getting a cutting. The variegated Thaumatophyllum bipinnatifidum is also super stunning, but propably not really someting I am able to get.
I don't plan to buy any plants until my birthday in April. And even at that, I am only buying wishlist plants. Mostly hoya, but I want a varigated agleonema modestum as well and can't find it anywhere
Would love to see a NY resolutions video! My plan for this year is to share my plants and cuttings with friends so they don’t have to pay stupid prices for them. Gonna really work on propagating and giving them the best growing conditions. My #1 wishlist plant is Hoya Inflata, that’s the only one I am doing research and digging about for because no one ever sells it! Other than that, a bunch of hoyas and not so rare caudex plants cause they are cool and not obnoxiously pricey still.
Yuuup, the whipple way is on my list, the variegation is absolutely dreamy, creamy, pink, tiny spots etc. I don’t see them here in the US either, maybe 3 or 4. I love the snowdrift but want more.
I can't explain why, but I really prefer the not varigated versions of the plants. Especially yellow varigations, to me they just seem to make the plant look sick and tortured. But the varigated golden dragon looks so epic, I love it.
I don’t know where you live but siltepecana is so easy to find now. I paid around 30 euro in the summer2020, they are now around 12 euro in Belgium now 😅. I love it though.

Hoya silver dollar, it’s name you would assume it a registered true variety but It could just be a cultivator or a common Hoya. Would like more info on this. It’s definitely prettier than some that are coming out. I always like to see the flowers too.
Yep, singoniums are so amazing! Hope we get red ones in my country soon. So many things you guys have we don't get, and we're not that far, we're still in EU. You'll probably still get stuff from Netherland over us because you are closer and have more money, but maybe with this pandemic since plant growers have expanded so maybe we'll get some goodies as well. We got calatheas last 2 years, still waiting on monsteras and caldiums though.
I am really getting into succulents at the moment, i love their "weird" purple/blue colors. I also went to look for the Greenovia Mountain Rose and couldnt find them anywhere in Europe. I eventually found some seeds on etsy and I really want to give some of that plant away as a gift to my former employer, a vendela rose nursery :) Also I would like a Alocasia Dragon Scale, they have them at the nursery my mom works at, I hope she can bring me one. And I would love a ceropegia woodii, a plant nursery close to my hometown has one thats 2 meters long just for a few euros!

Weird I constantly would see philodendron lymanii on nse tropical’s website? I went to go check if it’s still there and it’s no longer available? It seems they’ve took in it down. If I can recall I remember it’s price was under 100 bucks, it’s a guess but I remember quite well. I also have a feeling you are gonna “find” it in the next haul.

I recently found a local nursery that stays under the radar but they are trying to step up their houseplant game. I've found some really cool jem's there, and while prices are a little expensive, I know I'm not paying for shipping, the plant is in good condition, and I'm supporting a local business. Laura Osegueda ...Same! I go to this tiny local greenhouse, they specialize in bonsai but have a dedicated tropical houseplant area. I got a stunning VARIEGATED raphidophora tetrasperma for $12 bucks. I got it this summer and the dang thing is so healthy it’s just about touching my ceiling already. They also have aroids I’ve never seen. They have airplants bigger than my head for $20. Love my little local shop.
I'm hoping to hold out for my wishlist plants (all hoyas haha). Going to try to focus on some propping to keep me occupied and slow down on the spending 😂
I have a snowdrift and no one has been able to answer my question. Does it react the same way as a ghost, as in new leaves come out whiter depending on the light level it's in? I have yet to actually get a white leaf on mine. Also, I have an esmeraldense and it's one of my favorites!!! I haven't taken a recent photo of it, but you can find one from a few months ago on my IG!

This syngonium is sold in Poland quite often and yup it's hella expensive - I've seen listings with a small cutting for 1800-2000 PLN.

Other than that, a bunch of hoyas and not so rare caudex plants cause they are cool and not obnoxiously pricey still.

Yuuup, the whipple way is on my list, the variegation is absolutely dreamy, creamy, pink, tiny spots etc. I don’t see them here in the US either, maybe 3 or 4. I love the snowdrift but want more.
I've never seen whipple way in the US anywhere.
I can't explain why, but I really prefer the not varigated versions of the plants. Especially yellow varigations, to me they just seem to make the plant look sick and tortured. But the varigated golden dragon looks so epic, I love it.
And OMG that syngonium looks sexy as hell ❤

I don’t know where you live but siltepecana is so easy to find now. I paid around 30 euro in the summer2020, they are now around 12 euro in Belgium now 😅. I love it though.

Hoya silver dollar, it’s name you would assume it a registered true variety but It could just be a cultivator or a common Hoya. Would like more info on this. It’s definitely prettier than some that are coming out. I always like to see the flowers too.
Yep, singoniums are so amazing! Hope we get red ones in my country soon. So many things you guys have we don't get, and we're not that far, we're still in EU. You'll probably still get stuff from Netherland over us because you are closer and have more money, but maybe with this pandemic since plant growers have expanded so maybe we'll get some goodies as well.
We got calatheas last 2 years, still waiting on monsteras and caldiums though.

I am really getting into succulents at the moment, i love their "weird" purple/blue colors. I also went to look for the Greenovia Mountain Rose and couldnt find them anywhere in Europe. I eventually found some seeds on etsy and I really want to give some of that plant away as a gift to my former employer, a vendela rose nursery :)
Also I would like a Alocasia Dragon Scale, they have them at the nursery my mom works at, I hope she can bring me one. And I would love a ceropegia woodii, a plant nursery close to my hometown has one thats 2 meters long just for a few euros!

I was curious where you found the Black & Glass Shelves behind you. They look perfect for plants & I'm desperate for something similar. I have 200+ houseplants🌱🪴🌴🌵🌿🍃🍀🌳 in my home & it doesn't leave room for anything else! For example, my dining room table is completely covered with plants from end to end & they've taken over. It's really not the best way to display my babies lol 😂 But seriously, I know they aren't getting what they need in terms of lighting & airflow. Could you please help me out by letting me know where you found them? 🙏I would greatly appreciate it! A few weeks ago, my husband said that-- if I bring home 1 more plant, we're done! 😳 I said, OK cool! Have a nice life! Lol!!!! 🤣

Weird I constantly would see philodendron lymanii on nse tropical’s website? I went to go check if it’s still there and it’s no longer available? It seems they’ve took in it down. If I can recall I remember it’s price was under 100 bucks, it’s a guess but I remember quite well. I also have a feeling you are gonna “find” it in the next haul.
Ok here goes. I think I've been able to avoid paying ridiculous prices for plants by shopping locally. I recently found a local nursery that stays under the radar but they are trying to step up their houseplant game. I've found some really cool jem's there, and while prices are a little expensive, I know I'm not paying for shipping, the plant is in good condition, and I'm supporting a local business. Now, for my wishlist, I've gotten hoya obsessed! Lol

Laura Osegueda ...Same! I go to this tiny local greenhouse, they specialize in bonsai but have a dedicated tropical houseplant area. I got a stunning VARIEGATED raphidophora tetrasperma for $12 bucks. I got it this summer and the dang thing is so healthy it’s just about touching my ceiling already. They also have aroids I’ve never seen. They have airplants bigger than my head for $20. Love my little local shop.

I have a snowdrift and no one has been able to answer my question. Does it react the same way as a ghost, as in new leaves come out whiter depending on the light level it's in? I have yet to actually get a white leaf on mine.
Also, I have an esmeraldense and it's one of my favorites!!! I haven't taken a recent photo of it, but you can find one from a few months ago on my IG!
