This was fun to watch, but must have taken so much time to set up! I had no idea there was a mod that got rid of the call for evacuation, too, so that's handy.

This is a bug from all the way to the release of the game and since then it was getting partially fixed, then broken again, fixed again and so on. Basically originally when the game released there was a bug that affected all ICA Agents where if you killed 5 targets then all remaining ones would count as Non Targets and give NTK penalty so the only way to kill all of them and to keep Silent Assassin was to get them in one place and kill at the same time, e.g. with explosives. Then devs fixed this bug so even after 5 targets are killed the remaining agents still count as targets but they forgot to apply that to Agent Price who only spawns when you use Bus Stop starting location. Then that bug went through some changes where at one point Price lost his target status the moment the objective completes and then that changed again and there was still a time window after completing the objective where he was still considered a target, enough time for him to be killed by setting up an electrocution trap in the puddle where the hole in the fence is where he runs through while evacuating. I'm not sure if at some point this bug was completely fixed but it seems it's still there in one form or another.
