- Hey you guys. So I was looking at the Mario sports we got over the years and started to feel outrage we weren't getting any new Mario baseball games.
so I made a video trying to explain why. Let me know what you guys think hopefully we can get another baseball game on the next console.

Awesome video, I also miss Mario baseball. I appreciate you using data to back up your arguments, but I wish you had showed the data as well
Word i thought that would look boring but i will add that next time
They definitely need to remake or have a sequel to this game played a lot as a kid, and last summer, I played it again with my brother.
Yea could you imagine how cool online matches would be in this game
@displayland1988 Oh definitely!
Surprised you didn't mention Namco which are the ones involved in those games, plus those games share the DNA of Pro Yakyuu Family Stadium (Famista for short). The rumors you mentioned ended up being news for Power Pros Baseball. My theory on why there's not a sequel yet is probably because of Power Pros being a really popular game that's been around in Nintendo and PS consoles.
Thats crazy where did you find all of this I couldn't find any solid info on why they stopped making these games. Namco never got mentioned
@@displayland1988 Namco was the developer for both games while Nintendo was the publisher. Sluggers got a big roster because they just reused a lot from MSB like the character models and animations. Later on, stuff from Mario Baseball got added to Famista like Pitchers having special pitches and batters able to do a Power Swing.
While I havent played a baseball game. Personally even if one came out I woulndt buy it most likely. Not due to me not liking the idea, but more of the fact the golf, tennis and mainly soccer games imo were half finishes.
Yea the new switch sports we got where a lil mid id still get the new baseball tho i have to much nostalgia
