    I love this video. My family and I live full time in our rv & use our Toaster oven more than our propane oven! We're vegan as well! Thanks

    I just made the stuffed portabello mushrooms for my roommate and I and they were delicious! She isn't vegan, but said the tofu 'ricotta' cheese was so convincing and she wouldn't have known it wasn't actual cheese! 10/10 will absolutely be making again.

      Yay! Thank you for your comment Meaghan! I'm so glad you and your roommate liked it! I make that tofu ricotta all the time...so good to stir into noodles or in lasagna!

    Same here!! I thought we didn't need a toaster oven but we use it more than our actual oven haha. I'll have to try these recipes!!

    I can’t understand what temperature are you making these stuffs? 200,300, 400?

      Great question!! My toaster oven is usually set between 400-450 F.

    Love this! Another great recipe! The ONLY change I'd make is using olive oil or a healthy alternative. Ive used olive oil for the last 10 yrs, have never used canola oil or other oil since. Canola oil is terrible for you. Otherwise, fantastic recipe!
