    Thanks for your continued support, and remember, these videos are intended to show off the PEDALS and what they can do, not what a brilliant guitar player I am - there are plenty of shredder videos out there, and besides, I'm really a drummer :)

    A nice unit with plenty of functionality, lovely tones and well built, obviously more for the pro-end musician at that price, although I’d like one and could do many great things with it I couldn’t warrant paying so much for it a present.
    Thanks for the good review, I’ll have two please.

    Obviously this is a wonderful Reverb pedal but for the $900 price tag I could go buy a big sky and the empress and be set for life anyway cool video

      It's more than just a guitar pedal. It accepts line level, so it can be used as an outboard unit. And tbh, I just received mine last week, the youtube audio quality doesn't do it justice. I've got the Strymon, and it sounds great, and probably more roadworthy unit for a guitar player, but the fidelity on the CXM is clearly better. I haven't used the empress reverb so I can't comment on that.

      @@lc2858 I bought mine for the purpose of using it for mixing. comparing it to a vintage Lexicon 224, the price definitely makes more sense. cheaper, smaller footprint, more reliable, and more modern features, but still that classic sound and functionality.

      Considering the audio quality i heard from this pedal, neither bigsky nor empres can matach that sound quality, even if they are superb units

      Honestly, a Lexicon PCM 70/80/81 sounds much better than this let alone the big Lexicon studio units.

    i wonder who they'll collaborate with for the delay?

      Keeley/Chase collab would be sick

      Is there a delay on the bench? I didn't know that... That's awesome. My choice would be Empress, they make the best sounding vintage delays IMO.

    So why would I purchase this vs getting a Strymon Bigsky and even a Chase Bliss Dark World for the cost?

    • @ShaighJosephson
      @ShaighJosephson 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Exactly... BigSky alone is a better reverb pedal...

    OMG !!!!.....imagine if David Gilmour had this in 197???? .....he would still be in the studio at Abbey Roads peeling the paint off the walls and ceilings!!!......this may b the most intuitive and perfect Reverb Machine EVER !!! ....I just woke up my 12 yearold and told her university is out of the future and retail will need plenty of cashiers still in the decades to come !!! ....(sorry Kristina, but DADDY NEEDS THIS BADLY!!!!!).....

      Gilmour did have these reverbs back then... This pedal is a remake of them...

    I've used it and like it...but way overpriced at $899... You can run an RV-500 into a BigSky and blow this pedal away at that price...
