Fiendsmith version plays less handtraps, So a pure version should be better because you should be winning going 1st anyways. And No, Fire King version loses WAY too hard to the shufflers, So I wouldn't recommend that one

However, this rests on the opponent not negating perlerino with solemn, as Gryphon Rider's omni negate is more valuable againest tears than solemn. Unless you hated that your opponent would interrupt your plays every 10 seconds and play on your turn better than your own. I honestly despise that to the point of wanting shifter to never be banned.

Though, how do the Level 8 Horus monsters fuel the Rank 4 Mudragon?

So not only do you have to fit in space for Zombie Vampire, But ALSO Bahamut and Toad, And S:P gives even more value to those cards, So basically 4 cards Way too much commitment. Definitely only worth it in badly nerfed versions like today's banlist
No. We don't need to open the floodgates for vote manipulation, especially in the preliminary stages where every victory and point earned can mean a lot. Do I think it'll happen? No, not really, but we really, really don't need to make it possible. If a deck is badly outmatched, it is badly outmatched.

Tear had all of their resources burnt out so even if lithium draws Merrli, the best tear card in that scenario, imperm will just negate the effect - prank also has griffon rider to negate any tear fusion summon effect. Furthermore, the prank player had the fusion spell for battle butler. So damage from griffon rider + brave token + battle butler + the 3 prank kids from summoning battle butler is more than 8k. Before attacking, dracoback can bounce one card for a guaranteed otk.
