I'm so happy to have this as my home park, but in a way it also makes it harder for me to enjoy other parks because Phantasialand sets the bar so unbelievably high lol
It is quite possibly the world’s best amusement park, but almost every park has its charms. Even a dumpy place like Skyline Park offers quirky things that Phantasialand doesn’t.
I have a similar feeling to coasters. My home park is Holiday Park and my first bigger coaster was Expedition GeForce.. And having Expedition GeForce as the bar is a curse and blessing at the same time..
It's my homepark as well, but since the park is so small and a lot of times really overcrowded I really like visiting bigger and more landscaped parks like Efteling or Europapark for a more relaxed experience. I think every single themepark has its pros and cons but coming back to phantasialand always feels like coming home.

Sitting on the main road after taking a flight, watching Rookburgh and all the exited people, while taking a bite out of the fresh made, thick news-paper-wrapped BEST SANDWICH I EVER HAD is just such a cool add onto the whole experience. Its one of a Kind theme Park food and sure you have to wait a little longer since they make every Sandwich fresh in Front of your eyes but its 100% worth it Now where i dug deeper into the rollercoaster scene i realised how much of a gift it is to have Phantasialand as Homepark, it really never lets down. Even before Taron and F.L.Y (which is not that long ago) it was amazing but now they pushed themselves on another level :D so cool
Thanks for the review. I agree almost 100%. I also like how you explained the restrictions and conflicts with local residents because it has a strong impact on the park and its design. This way your viewers can better understand the details of your review.
Rookburgh is actually part of the Berlin themed area, like how Klugheim is part of Mystery and Wuze Town is part of Fantasy :) There's meant to be 6 sections in Phantasialand to match up with the 6 dragons. Great review :D
I could visit this park last week. I was not expecting anything special, but I was floored by the theming. The attention to detail is unmatched. You can feel that the joy and dedication all the creators put into this project. Rookburgh is literally out of this world.
I love Cedar Point so freaking much! In fact, when I got home from the park, I felt sad and started tearing up! And this is all coming from a person who was 15 YEARS OLD at this time! But even after my visit to Cedar Point, I wasn't that happy if someone calls this the best park in the entire world. Do I think it's the best park on the continent? Yes; let alone the country. So I've been thinking what other parks could be as good as Cedar Point and leave me crying when I get home. And I truly believe Phantasialand has a shot at it! Phantasialand is just... UNBELIEVABLE!!
My first visit was the Charles Lindbergh experience in december during the winter event in 2021, it was really amazing. I went back 2 more times in January with friends because I couldn't get enough :). Amazing park, great video showcase!
Was stationed with the military last October in Germany and had a chance to get to Phantasialand in November. Was a Tuesday and the start of their “winter festival”. Had 6 on Taron and 4 on F.L.Y.
What is important to know is that the park was build on a former coal mine. Yes, they dig out a little bit if they build something new, but largely these "trenches" are there since the opening of the park. Also, popular rides (FLY, Taron but also Colorado) can reach up to 120min in peak season, mainly because Phantasialand handles way too many visitors for it's size. Maybe what would have also been interesting to mention in that Ling-Bar is the upper-class hotel, Matamba the family hotel and Charles Lindbergh is more like a complete experience.
I’m from the uk 🇬🇧 and I went for the first time in July and watching videos like this again it makes me want to go back to phantasialand. I haven’t been to Europa park yet but for now this is the best theme park I’ve ever been to in the world!
Pre COVID phantasialand used scare actors in the waiting line for mystery castle. That one guy that was behind the big door scared the poop right out of my pants!
as an enthusiast this place has me salivating, it's definitely on my bucket list and being from the UK and being such a short flight away i've really got no excuse (like i needed one ;))
I visited on busy summer days, but the single rider line helped me get over twenty laps on Taron in a short span of time. Wait times were usually about five minutes.
This is probably the best theme park in the world. I see lots of people saying "Oh, Disney is the best theme park in the world", but usually there is an emotional factor in this argument plus, in my opinion, Disney lacks of thrill rides. Phantasialand has the best of both worlds: thrilling and theming. I love it so much 🤍🤍🤍🤍
I once went to Disneyland Paris, but felt disapointed since the rides and theming weren't as good as Phantasialand. Especially after I went to Phantasialand when F.L.Y. I thought that Disneyland is just good, not amazing like Phantasialand.
The confusing layout of the lands is something a lot of people don't talk about, glad you mentioned it. I've been several times and still have no idea where Taron's entrance is located, I always have to search for it and always somehow accidentally end up at the Raik entrance. And Colorado Adventure's entrance is like when you're playing Rollercoaster Tycoon and have no idea where to build the queue. The theming and rides are so amazing though. It's 100% worth visiting several times and I've never had a bad time there. Went there twice in one month once (on accident, went with friends during Spring Break of 2017 and we found out we were going on a school trip there 2 weeks after it). Some of the attractions are also very underrated. Tartüff is the best funhouse I've done, and Colorado Adventure is one of the best mine trains out there (only Big Thunder Mountain is better imo because of the theming). Operations are generally good, but staff can be hit or miss. I had a great experience on Chiapas once. My friends and I taped playing cards to our hands for the on-ride photo. The ride ops noticed it, and were genuinely excited about it. When we arrived back at the station at the end of the ride, they were all laughing and telling us the photo looked great. On the other hand, I had a bad experience on Black Mamba. The ride op got very upset at everyone who went to put their bags in the box in the station. When I sat down, I wanted to remove my glasses and place them in the pockets of my jacket like I always do, but the operator immediately pushed the restraint down after I sat down, so I had to hold my glasses for the entire ride. Great review as always!
This park isn't the biggest but it has by far some of the best quality for its size. Everywhere you walk you see some sort of theming. Taron, F. L. Y., and Black Mamba all look great. Also Mystery Tower looks on pauir to Tower of Terror in terms of theming. I wonder how it compares in experience though.
I would say that Tower of Terror still beats Mystery Tower for me, mostly because Mystery Tower is still just a pretty normal drop tower, but with a few effects, sounds, and lighting, while Tower of Terror is a whole experience
I wish mystery castle was longer. It finishes way too quickly. Nothing quite like sitting at the top in the dark, where the only thing you can see is the tiny emergency exit sign below you, while a bunch of people are screaming their heads off and it's echoing all around the place.
Glad you had a great time. This park definitely shows that restrictions, such as noise and land, can actually lead a very impressive, creatively immersive, and kinetic flow of greatness, which describes Phantasialand perfectly! The lands and rides are all able to complement each other well, and seem visually to overwhelm and add excitement for the guest. Now I just need Disney to get a Vekoma new gen flyer. I think one themed to Buzz Lightyear or jet packs would be awesome! Great review as always!
Best park in the world but please please don't say "get the pizza" for a food recommendation - Rutmor's Taverne in Klugheim is an absolutely incredible restaurant & if you haven't done previously make sure to hit it up on your next visit. Great video btw
I agree with most of what you said, but I prefer the front row on Colorado Adventure. It is probably the most absurd coaster I've ever ridden, because you slowly crawl down the drops only to get violently yeeted up the inclines, the length of the train basically turns around the pacing you would expect from the elements you are traversing. And the shaking of the light plastic locomotive decoration just increases the unhinged feeling even more. It really is something else, but so much fun.
I am a bit late, but; This is my home park, and it is lovely. I have seen so much change in the last 15 years, and i am excited to visit this year, as my last visit was in 2019. I hope to convince my brother to go on his birthday, as you (still, how nice that they kept it) have free entrance on your birthday. I don’t necessarily think that Chinatown is the area for the next big update, because it is so small. You can’t really fit a big coaster in there, in my opinion. I also think/hope that they will just give the Geister-Rikscha a little update; You said it well, it is antiquated, BUT it is very nostalgic for three generations of park-goers. It has a really good (rain-safe) capacity and takes place underground, so you wouldn’t even get much new area from demolishing it. I do agree on the problem with the mine train and its entrance, it doesn’t have a proper queue; It’s a remnant of the gold town, and it just needs to get a new theming, with expansion of the existing queue (as i have waited there quite a bit in my life, i think they might not be allowed to build back there because it is a pathway for firefighting (and there are some fire-related traumas in the park). OR… it can go, i dislike it, the ride experience feels so scary because of the knee bars only… (personal opinion c:). There is also a lot of space “under it”, which could be used for something else. I think the fantasy-area is next. The show-buildings for Crazy Bats/temple of the night hawk, the dinner-show-building and the closed things back there not only create an extremely dead and sad area, it’s a BIG unused area. Mystery also has some dead areas… but i dont see them demolishing one of the big rides, so i don’t see big development there. The Crazy Bats ride is a downgrade from the long and exciting ride you had on the former temple of the night hawk. a BIG downgrade, actually. That coaster was important because it had a fairly big capacity, was rain-safe (again), and was fast and long and “cool”. Crazy bats is … rain-safe i guess. I really hope that they actually get to expand the area in general. Well, we will see. You can do everything in the park in a day; I would suggest not doing the two water rides tho, because they can really get you soaked… Or bring two sets of new clothing!
Was there last Saturday somethings that might be interesting for someone planning a trip. 1. Taron doesn't have a single rider queue anymore 2. the VR on crazy bats is back and it's made kinda adorable so definitely worth checking even though the ride is far away from being thrilling 3. Atm you have to buy tickets online for the day you want to visit guess that's still an aftermath of the pandemic. And last I hope they don't get rid off mystery castle anytime soon even though it was rather full when I was there queue time was never longer than 5min and it is quite old by now
@@CanobieCoaster yea kinda sucks I was alone there so always full queue but ops were superb so waited always only 10-15min and mystery castle was almost a walk on. Besides that only single rider queue I found was on the family boomerang and chapas still might have it but can't say for sure since I wasn't on it.
I went to Phantasialand two days ago. Your review is spot on. But the shows - Jump and Nobis in the Wintergarten - are worth the fee of admission alone. So professional and brilliant. They closed Fly for a couple of hours during lunch. So we went on to see the show Nobis in the Wintergarten. Fantastic! Directly after leaving the show we went to Fly and it just opened a couple of minutes after the show had ended. No queue !!! and we were able to enjoy FLY directly after the show ended. That is next level immersion.
@@CanobieCoaster The more parks i visite the better phantasialand becomes. Have you been to Energylandia near Krakow? The "theming" is not that good, but the coasters are next level.
Definitely a bucket list park for me...Do not know when we will get out to Europe now...But before all the shutdown mess...My girlfriend was going to take me to England for a week to visit her family and was going to hit up the parks there...that has all been delayed!
I liked the park. But the area with the 2 indoor coasters felt really old. Wildest attraction in the park was by far Talocan. Insane! Biggest surpsise to me was Mystery Castle. I had no idea what to expect. It was fantastic. Did 3 rounds of it one after the other (since there was no line). Fly made me nauseous however. Taron was good. The second launch was super! I went there on a day where all wait lines were 5-10 minutes max. Even Fly and Taron. Becasue of this,. I only rode first and last rows on all rides, so that was cool. I was with my daughter and we did Fly 3 times and Taron 5 times. We did Black Mamba a few times but didn't like it. The mine train was also quite good. The water rides were also cool. The swing ride was also fun. I highly recommend going on a slow day, since you can ride everything as often as you want. We did about 30 rides in total in all the coasters and then found it enough. But more than enough of other stuff to do. Price was 49 euro per person, after some (easy to find) discount codes.
There's not only the main entrance and the three hotel entrances. The two parking lots that are not owned by Phantasialand have their own entrances in China Town and Mystery. And yes... the main entrance doubles as a bus station for the shuttle bus to the railway station. Oh... and the pizza is no pizza but focaccia. Additionally I can really recommend the more expensive and time consuming sit down restaurants: Rutmor's Taverne and Uhrwerk. The restaurants in the hotels are free for anyone to access and are supposed to be really good, as well.
Visited Phantasialand last month for the first time in 2 decades. The only ride I remembered from back in the day was Geister Riksha, and it was full of nostalgia and crappy animatronics, just like I remember. It was damn fun to rediscover the land and try out all the new rides. If you go in summer, definitely try Chiapas and river quest. Just bear in mind the after the ride, you are either wet or drenched, so protect your electronics. Prices are steep as it is, you don't want to add the cost of a new iPhone on top :p
very nice review! and super detailed. I agree that it's better than europapark bc of one major thing. Europapark has this awful corporation after taste while phantasialand is super immersive. I was desperately looking for ride themed merch at europapark and all could find was adidas, coca cola and a frickin jewler💀
I love to see Phantasia invests in a new coaster, like a Mack launched Stryker coaster, a GCI woodie with near misses, anything elite with immersive theming.
If you'd have asked me a couple of years ago I'd have said it was my favourite park in Europe too... but from last year's visits I think Europa Park snuck into top spot. I think Covid damaged some of my visit last year with the lack of extra ride time when staying in the hotel (as you mentioned), but also single rider lines not operating. Conversely Europa Park had virtual queues and timed tickets and all kinds of ways to cram more into your day without standing in lines. The lines are my only criticism of Phantasialand though, it's obviously a top quality park with elite-level theming. Given all the restrictions and quality of what they've done, I think it's the best designed park in the world.
The food there is outstanding. And you recommend the Pizza? 😱 It‘s a good Park if you love thrill rides. But if you have small kids I would recommend Plopsa, Efteling and Europapark. I wish there would be more dark rides. The shows at PL are also great. Interesting for me to watch reviews from someone who is not from Germany. I‘m glad that you like our Parks. I really enjoy your videos
still my favorite park in europe. going back there in may this year to ride fly and chiapas for the first time. chiapas was closed the whole day the last time i was there, a pipe was broken
F.L.Y. is the 8th coaster (besides Crazy Bats, Winja‘s Force, Winja‘s Fear, Black Mamba, Colorado Adventure, Raik & Taron). But I guess you counted both Winja‘s as one (which I can understand). 😉 Otherwise: Great video! PHL is my „happy place“ and favorite amusement park. Glad you enjoy it too! 🙂
Perhaps it's because we stayed at the hotel matamba so it was usually our first ride of the morning, but black mamba is definitely my favourite. It's thrilling but also such a smooth and comfy ride. Haven't been on many inverted looping coasters that don't smash my head in.
The smaller size of the park is great for me, it's one of the only parks I can spend a day at without everything below my back getting really sore really fast. Much easier on my questionable joints than places like Alton Towers.
tbh i like Crazy Bats and i think its a great VR... And btw i recommend to stay for 4 days, because when you buy a 3 day-ticket, the 4th day is for free you just need to pay a little more for the hotel, but you doubled the fun on the other hand, so its worth it. Also you get 4 quick passes^^
My girlfriend doesn't like theme parks. She doesn't ride roller coasters or anything "scary" really.. I got her on Arthur in Europa Park once. But she still never really liked theme parks, coasters etc... But when I took her to Phantasialand, she was very impressed and loved it. She didn't go on any rides except River Quest (she didn't know it had drops, but didn't mind that much) and mouse au chocolat and Tartüff, etc. But she loved Phantasialand for being so immersive and detailed. In Africa she said "i felt like I really was in Africa with the sounds, plants etc" for example. The park is worth it even for non-amusementpark fans. For me, it is the best park in Europe hands down. It has some of the best coasters in europe, probably the best theming in europe and top class worldwide and great food for theme parks, too (try the chinese hotel buffet - awesome. Ice cream in the walkway between Berlin and Wuzetown, the Pizza.. You won't find anything bad really).
I recommend having dinner in the restaurant of the Matamba hotel. You don't have to be a hotel guest and they have an all you can eat African buffet. The spiced banana is by far the spiciest food I have ever tasted.
In the summer just go on weekends, i was 7 times on taron 3 times on fly and 2 times on black mamba on last saturday, ok current weather isnt also great
A small update: This season they introduced a new ticket system. There is a determined number of tickets available for each day, including a certain amount of very affordable tickets. The advantage is that there are no more overly packed days. On the other hand, it is quite unthrifty to cancel the order on the same day. And by the way, the VR is back on Crazy Bats. It is a great experience and excellent addition to the park.
Wonderful park. Just a shame that the new hotel limits you to eating in there, and the rooms are so small vs. the price. For multi-night stays, you would want variety in your evening meal and with the other hotels being less expensive, for me they tend to work better. Chiapas is the best log flume in Europe - if not the world.
The entrance may be expensive, but the parking only costs you 5€. You can even get in for free when it's your birthday. I've been visiting the park for 40 years and i never leave without eating a currywurst mit pommes.
@@CanobieCoaster that would be my recommendation for you for a next Europe trip, go in early dec (before the holidays) and a lot of park will run a winter season! Think Efteling, Toverland, Phantasialand, Europapark, Disneyland Paris and Plopsaland de Panne to make a round trip😉 happy to join or meet up in the Dutch parks and Phantasialand👍
@@CanobieCoaster When you factor in how much the ticket price for all these are I don’t think it can be beat especially with how complicated Disney makes it to visit one of their parks.
This just gave me an idea; I may just go to Phantasialand next instead of Great Adventure; it’s certainly easier to travel to from Vancouver despite the longer distance, but that’s what airplanes are for am I right? Besides: I haven’t seen the Cologne Cathedral since 2009!
I wish all parks would take theming just as seriously as Phantasialand does. For example it would be cool to walk through the streets of Gotham City when I in one of those sections at a Six Flags park and I want that Midieval Fair section of Canada's Wonderland to have just as much Medieval as Klughaim has and I actually want to feel like I am on Mt. Olympus when I am at Mt. Olympus. You know what I mean?
This may be the best park in the world, so it’s a bit ridiculous to complain, but I do wish it could somehow be bigger. The Africa section, for example, feels really small.
This park is THE best theme park in the world, less rides than a Six Flags but there is no park in this earth with better theming on all his rides than Phantasialand, and the coaster collection is pretty great considering the size of the park
but yes it is themed to Berlin in the 1970's and about closing early, for me they always closed when they said the rides would close or even a bit later which I don't think is closing early and they just want everyone to leave at the time the park closes and not one hour later it also is very common to do this in Germany
I'm so happy to have this as my home park, but in a way it also makes it harder for me to enjoy other parks because Phantasialand sets the bar so unbelievably high lol

And the shaking of the light plastic locomotive decoration just increases the unhinged feeling even more. It really is something else, but so much fun.
I much preferred the back on that ride, but it was still fun up front.
Wow this place looks so fun to go to and when you talk about the topics it helps me to experience what it like without being their!
It's an amazing park.
Awesome review btw!
Thanks!
I'm excited to see what happens next. You make good points on the next additions.
Was there last Saturday somethings that might be interesting for someone planning a trip.
1. Taron doesn't have a single rider queue anymore
2. the VR on crazy bats is back and it's made kinda adorable so definitely worth checking even though the ride is far away from being thrilling
3. Atm you have to buy tickets online for the day you want to visit guess that's still an aftermath of the pandemic.
And last I hope they don't get rid off mystery castle anytime soon even though it was rather full when I was there queue time was never longer than 5min and it is quite old by now
That's a bummer Taron got rid of the single rider queue.
@@zuzmju Good thing its been re-added
I went to Phantasialand two days ago. Your review is spot on. But the shows - Jump and Nobis in the Wintergarten - are worth the fee of admission alone. So professional and brilliant.
They closed Fly for a couple of hours during lunch. So we went on to see the show Nobis in the Wintergarten. Fantastic!
Directly after leaving the show we went to Fly and it just opened a couple of minutes after the show had ended. No queue !!! and we were able to enjoy FLY directly after the show ended. That is next level immersion.
I haven't seen shows there. They weren't available due to covid in 2021.
It's exceptional.
I wouldn't be surprised if something is done to the old Hollywood Tour and Crazy Bats area.
Really want to visit this park someday, Mr. Can-o-beast. Black Mamba & Taron are bucket listers for me. My man... CAN-O-BEAST!!
And F.L.Y. should too.
I had a great meal at the one in Charles Lindbergh, but I probably need to try more places in the future.
@@CanobieCoaster That's Uhrwerk. This one is accessible from inside the park and from the hotel.
Yeah those rides are refreshing on a hot day.
very nice review! and super detailed. I agree that it's better than europapark bc of one major thing. Europapark has this awful corporation after taste while phantasialand is super immersive. I was desperately looking for ride themed merch at europapark and all could find was adidas, coca cola and a frickin jewler💀
The ride mercy at Europa isn't too strong.
I love to see Phantasia invests in a new coaster, like a Mack launched Stryker coaster, a GCI woodie with near misses, anything elite with immersive theming.
I want a big dark ride next.
@@CanobieCoasterYeah! That too
If you'd have asked me a couple of years ago I'd have said it was my favourite park in Europe too... but from last year's visits I think Europa Park snuck into top spot.
Both those parks are neck-and-neck.
Hi do you get free entries to the park if you stay at the hotel on site?
I think it depends on the hotel/package. For example, Charles Lundberg included tickets, but my recent visit to Matamba did not.
I had a great meal at Lindbergh as well.
With small kids, go to one of the 10 or so Zoos in the area, they are all different and they are all modern so you dont see cages.
still my favorite park in europe. going back there in may this year to ride fly and chiapas for the first time. chiapas was closed the whole day the last time i was there, a pipe was broken
Enjoy!
F.L.Y. is the 8th coaster (besides Crazy Bats, Winja‘s Force, Winja‘s Fear, Black Mamba, Colorado Adventure, Raik & Taron). But I guess you counted both Winja‘s as one (which I can understand). 😉
Otherwise: Great video!
PHL is my „happy place“ and favorite amusement park. Glad you enjoy it too! 🙂
It's amazing.
13:13 a little bit of airtime? Colorado had ejector lol
That's the best I got. Still a ton of fun!
Im absolutely torn between whether to visit phantasialand or europa park, which do you think i should go to first?
I prefer Phantasialand slightly. Both are elite.
@@CanobieCoaster OK!
my local theme park. it’s so pretty and fun with a good blend of thrill rides and family rides 😊
An amazing park.
Perhaps it's because we stayed at the hotel matamba so it was usually our first ride of the morning, but black mamba is definitely my favourite. It's thrilling but also such a smooth and comfy ride. Haven't been on many inverted looping coasters that don't smash my head in.
That's a great invert.
It is crazy that there is a road that goes through the middle of the park, but you don't notice it when you are inside.
It does? I never noticed!
@@CanobieCoaster Yeah, next to the main street - behind Wintergarten and between Berlin and Mexico, nearly under the pizza stand.
yes, its the street that leads to the "mystery" parking lot and its more like a tunnel underneath thats why you dont notice it inside.
Its also always free entry on your birthday!
If you're ever in the area during someones birthday, go as a group and save some money.
I wish my birthday was in the summer.
Hope to get there sometime. Right now I can’t get there because it’s to expensive to go to Germany but hopefully soon!
Hopefully!
I was supposed to go last Christmas but it got cancelled😭😭 But this makes me even more exited for when I do make it there
Hope you can get there soon!
Thanks!
Yeah Phantasialand is amazing, I can agree with everything you mentioned.
Sure is!
Is it possible to do this in the same day as expedition GeForce
I haven't, but I think you could if you only care about riding GeForce at the second park.
@@CanobieCoaster ok
You have to say that FLY opens early only for Charles Lindbergh hotel guests, rookburgh opens at 10 just like the rides in the park.
Last year, the pathway into Rookburgh appeared open for all guests. Those at Rookburgh had a 10-15 minute head start though due to the hotel entrance.
I wish we have like they have in anywhere in USA. it’s so much fun to ride it!
Islands of Adventure is the one US park that reminds me of this place.
@@CanobieCoaster Where at?
The smaller size of the park is great for me, it's one of the only parks I can spend a day at without everything below my back getting really sore really fast. Much easier on my questionable joints than places like Alton Towers.
I agree the small size makes it easy to navigate once you know the layout.
tbh i like Crazy Bats and i think its a great VR...
And btw i recommend to stay for 4 days, because when you buy a 3 day-ticket, the 4th day is for free
you just need to pay a little more for the hotel, but you doubled the fun on the other hand, so its worth it. Also you get 4 quick passes^^
I prefer coasters without VR myself.
@@CanobieCoaster i usally do too, but in this case, the VR is really amazing
The theming truly is special.
I want to go here next year with my mum we both enjoy coasters and since I live in the UK it would not be super expensive for flights
It's amazing.
it me in the video ^^ at 1:33, operating "Der lustige Papagei"
Nice!
I recommend having dinner in the restaurant of the Matamba hotel. You don't have to be a hotel guest and they have an all you can eat African buffet. The spiced banana is by far the spiciest food I have ever tasted.
I'm not a fan of spicy foods. I loved my meal at Charles Lindbergh.
In the summer just go on weekends, i was 7 times on taron 3 times on fly and 2 times on black mamba on last saturday, ok current weather isnt also great
I had great luck last year when the Rheinkirmes was in town.
@@CanobieCoaster Oh yeah thats lucky, i always just go there on weird times
Visit Phantasialand for Wintertraum and get a next level experience. It was like a dream. And Taron rode like a deranged beast at night.
I'd love to experience their winter event someday.
Phantasialand is so fantastic. For me it is the best Park in Germany
Barely for me.
Also there are good news incoming. It looks like that they maybe are able to expand by 2/3 of their current size. I hope that this will come true soon
That would be amazing.
Good info! Interesting with the tickets.
It's also a very very clean park.
It sure is!
Looks like a great park.
Amazing.
I think the best food is at Uhrwerk(Clockwork) (Rookburgh-very expensive) and Ruperts Taverne(Ruperts Tavern)(Klugheim)
I'll have to branch out next time and try more.
Can you do a splash country review pls
I'd like to get back there first.
@@CanobieCoaster 👍
Phantasialand is probably the best themed seasonal park in the world. Just wow, so few parks come close
It's amazing.
I loved it for one night.
The entrance may be expensive, but the parking only costs you 5€. You can even get in for free when it's your birthday.
I've been visiting the park for 40 years and i never leave without eating a currywurst mit pommes.
That birthday deal is awesome.
If you go the Phantasialand during their winter event, you can marathon Taron with only 10-15 min waits🤣
Nice!
Best theme park in the world hands-down…
I prefer Disneyland and Tokyo Disneyland, but that may be it.
It's a better park too.
@@CanobieCoaster Awesome!
Europe does have a lot of intriguing parks.
Definitely!
Do you have a top 5 parks ?
I made a top 25 theme park video.
@@CanobieCoaster I’ll hve to look for it thanks mate
i agree this park is nice
Sure is.
I love this park
Me too.
If you make merch have a shirt that says “convincing inverting effect”
I don't intend to make merchandise. I think people would be better supporting the parks themselves.
This park is a benchmark for theming.
This may be the best park in the world, so it’s a bit ridiculous to complain, but I do wish it could somehow be bigger. The Africa section, for example, feels really small.
I definitely wish they could expand, but it basically forces them to pour every dollar into what space they have.
This park is THE best theme park in the world, less rides than a Six Flags but there is no park in this earth with better theming on all his rides than Phantasialand, and the coaster collection is pretty great considering the size of the park
The theming and thrill combo is exceptional.
@@CanobieCoaster yeah totally agree👌🏼
@@Suppp4 69 Acres,,,
@@nox5555 yeah that’s pretty small
the German village Berlin is what the Main Street is themed to (:
but yes it is themed to Berlin in the 1970's
and about closing early, for me they always closed when they said the rides would close or even a bit later which I don't think is closing early and they just want everyone to leave at the time the park closes and not one hour later
it also is very common to do this in Germany
It's different than a lot of parks in the US, but the fact Phantasialand is transparent about when the close the queues makes it easier to plan for.
I'm surprised this park doesn't have a special Halloween event I mean a horror event here would be great,
They could do a lot given their theming ability.
Most ennoing voice ever fam
Sorry you are not a fan of my voice.
The moment when you realize that you are the happiest Person in the world because you live just 20 Minutes away From Phantasialand

Imagine being in a hotel next to a coaster
It was surreal.
Taron is not "nearly" impossible to follow
It can be done but it's hard.
Dude I was trapped in Klugheim and Mexico forever.
Those pathways are convoluted.
Phantasialand is great, but Europa-Park wins the contest hands down.
Both are exceptional.
Agreed to disagree. 😉
