    Thanks for the great tutorial. You do cover manually selling out-of-sector: might have been an opportunity to also show off "repeat order" behaviour, which is an early-game alternative to mine and sell in different sectors. You can even manually add more stations to sell to in the repeat order menu. The only "problem" will be if you set a too-high sell price, because then your miner again sits with full inventory untill prices change or you manually intervene.

    Terrific tutorial. Thank you. Who knows -- with helpful videos like this, I may yet one day reach the top of the learning curve. Good grief but it's steep curve

    3:15 If you open the Encyclopaedia page for the Sector it will tell what resources you have uncovered.
    EDIT: nvm seams you mention it later on.

      @@TheRuggedGamerFYI I think the (good) point @dunkan44 is making is if you just right click on the system name from mapview, you go straight to the encyclopaedia entry for that system. No need to open the encyclopaedia and scroll to find the system name. Just a small QoL tip. Love your videos.

      I don’t know if it’s been mentioned , but the in game encyclopedia has each sectors info on resources. Right click on any sector on the map to find it

    How do you lay your Advanced Satelites so neatly? Is there a way to automate satellite placement? (both Resource & intel)

    • @TheRuggedGamer
      @TheRuggedGamer  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      This is the "custom start" gameplay, where you can choose to have Satellites already displayed and they are laid out this way, For further info on it, check out my Custom start video th-cam.com/video/KxoBqR_MjL4/w-d-xo.html

    How did you set up those arraya of satellites? Did you place them manually yourself? They are so neatly aligned that I suspect you have a different method though.

    • @TheRuggedGamer
      @TheRuggedGamer  ปีที่แล้ว

      Its an option for custom game start, for known regions to be covered by satellite coverage and deploys them in that style

    I think I've got a bug when setting my mining ships to Local AutoMine. I got a Mineral mining ship and I set it to local automine in Argon Prime. It automatically sets a weird mining waypoint in the middle of nowhere with no asteroids in sight.
    I've set up resource probes around the asteroid fields and the ship should know where the resources are. I'm not sure why it's doing this.
    Its behavior was set correctly and it has no previous orders. I even moved the waypoint into one of the asteroid fields and the ship pilot's AI is automatically resetting the waypoint out in the middle of nowhere again.
    Any ideas on how I could try to solve this?

      @TheRuggedGamer  ปีที่แล้ว

      A relog usually fixes that issue. Otherwise, completely remove the order and reset the order. If it still does it.. might be an unknown bug

      @@TheRuggedGamer Looks like relogging fixed it. Thanks!
