    The most TERRIBLE change that has hit Disney World for a number of years now is Disney’s inability to create a Magical Atmosphere and Experience - the real reason why people pay those exuberant admission fees to go there in the first place. When you yank the MAGIC out of the experience, you just become another overpriced amusement park focused on people moving, creating endless queues, and ensuring your bottom line.

      Please, please stay away from any and all Disney parks. The lines are long enough as it is and you sound like the kind of person who ruins anything you touch. We will ALL be better off.

      @@charleshamilton9274I have to agree with the previous commenter. I have been going to Walt Disney World since 1974. They used to know how to efficiently queue and maintain the “Magic”. Somewhere along the way, they became more focused on the bottom line than the customer experience. The BIGGEST thing that set them apart. I used to love going to sleep to one landscape and waking up to a new one. Seeing a crack one day that was gone the next. Never seeing a construction wall, let alone hearing or seeing what’s going on behind it. These things may not seem important, but it’s what I’ve come to expect from Disney. I like being totally immersed and not knowing that it’s a facade. Now, it’s all too obvious. This has nothing to do with becoming an adult, most of my treasured experiences at these parks are from my adulthood. I don’t mind paying more for a quality experience, lately Disney has not been providing that.

    Universal isn't Disney's biggest problem, Disney's bad decision making is. Come on Disney, be as good as we know you can be...

      Creativity left around 20 years ago. Iger is fantastic mind of engineering but lacked the creativity as a leader. Instead of creating, he acquired. Acquired IPs and franchises but had no idea how to grow them.

    I love Disney but I hate that they keep increasing prices the way they do. They're making it so difficult for people who are not as well off financially to be able to afford to go.

      Seriously. I mean they're already one of the most successful organizations in the country. I have to safe up alot in order to be able to enjoy going. I know alot of people who would love to go but cant afford it.

    Disney is losing me as a passholder. They’re raising the prices again. After they rose them post Covid and took away some perks and want to charge ridiculous prices for those perks that were free. No early park entry for pass holders. It definitely appears that they really don’t care for the pass holders. Universal will be getting my money 2025 after my annum pass expires for Disney

    • @matchakit
      @matchakit 4 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +1

      Passholders don’t generate as much revenue as they used to & Disney would prefer extra money from people who aren’t passholders. Universal now has photo recognition to keep passholders/locals/hotel guests from “sharing” tickets and express passes with others. All theme parks are starting to reduce or heavily enforce passholder benefits.

      i mean, i just finished a year long college program and was in the parks every single day. i never went to tom sawyer island or the river boat. the area feels dated unfortunately and even for people who have all the time in the world at magic kingdom and no monetary pressure to get everything done, it still is not appealing enough to go on over other attractions. after they execute the expansion guests will be distributed more evenly across the park because at this time, frontierland (w the exception of tianas) looks and feels dusty and empty

      I did go into Tom Sawyers on my first visit in 10 years. It was a nice break from the people and it was fun to explore. We watched a parade from there. It was awesome. I'm more of a Disneyland girly so maybe that's why I wanted to go there? Idk

    First, I really appreciate the Disney content and enjoy all the episodes you produce, but Disney is no longer the Land Walt built. I used to eagerly drive 24 hours multiple times a year to encounter the wonder of the imagination and hope that Walt planted in the Florida swampland. No longer, as corporate nonsense and divergence from financial affordability have diminished my ability to enjoy time there at this time. Thanks again for the content. I look forward to good news that you continue to find.

    Lol way to bring in Disney haters as viewers. 😂 With time comes changes, can we just deal with it and move on folks? Disney is trying to promote positivity and magic while working out kinks. Let's not focus on the "negative." Hopefully, this channel goes back to producing more positive content. There has been a lot of negative content lately. Just saying, don't come at me with hate y'all.

    I still love the DFBGuide TH-cam channel, but it feels like either I’ve lost some of the magic, or maybe Disney has. Even after its rocky update, EPCOT is still my favorite spot at Disney-it feels like the last spark untouched by all the changes.

    • @CarissaHelmer88

      They have always had VIP tours, this is the same just without a guide...essentially a VIP tours for introverts. VIP tours were always priced high. They still have more affordable options or hey you don't have to pay anything ontop of park ticket and can still have a great trip. Universal pass does not cover many of the big hitter rides. But you do what you want for your family.

    Disney just makes decisions at the wrong time lately. Yes, updates are needed but wow they are really pushing themselves now that Epic is really looking like it's going to affect them. They are not doing this for the guests, they are doing this to survive.
    By the way, Dino Land needed to go. It's outdated and just not fun. Especially since the Dino ride should have been updated years ago.
