My wife and I go during the last week of January to the first week of February. Yes I know mornings are a little chilly, thankfully the pools are heated. Plus it's much cheaper and much less crowded.
@lcflngn not going to lie, a lot of things will be closed, but a lot will be open. Big Thunder Railroad will be down basically 2025, if not longer. Not sure about the skyliner, but if it will be they will provide buses. Muppets 3D is closing and the rock n' rollercoaster will be rethemed to the Muppets, but won't be out this year. Not to mention dinosaurs in Animal Kingdom is closing. Of course Rivers of America as well. 2025 will be a year with a lot of boards up at Disney World that is for certain
I don’t know how AJ managed to always talk like a smile but the cheerful voice (with helpful info) is always appreciated. My 7yo daughter likes listening to AJ speak on car rides to school.
I am going to Disney World from August 24th through the 29th. It is the least expensive time to go to Disney. I am staying 5 night and 4 days in the park at All Star Sports for under 1K! That is unheard of in the Disney Bubble!!
I have ruined myself! For the last two visits I have gone during Christmas time. I’m here to see if others can convince me to try another time of year. 😊 It’s just so beautiful during the Holiday season.
Another event that might impact crowds is the Vans Warped Tour music festival on Nov 15 - I’ll be attending and can’t wait to visit WDW during that week!
Hope it's a good video because I need a GREAT DisneyFoodBlog video today. A neighbor passed away unexpectedly yesterday and she was one of my assistants when I was in high school
Early December is my favorite time to come bc of the Christmas extras (decorations, merch, parties...). This actually used to be a lower crowd time, but now it is less than late December, but still pretty busy. I still think it's a great time to go. I just have had to plan a little different, adjust my expectations, and pack a little extra patients.
We went in the middle of last June and it really wasnt that bad. Sure it was hot and pretty crowded, but we managed to find plenty of quiet areas, ride the rides we wanted, and eat where we wanted. All that being said I would like to try to go in September and see how the crowds look.
My favorite time to go is during Flower & Garden Festival and when Epcot has their Christmas Festival. But when it comes to going to Disney I'm happy anytime I can plan a trip🤔👍🏻♥️. Thanks sharing 🤗🖼🌼🍷🎃🎄♥️🤗
Late August went well for us in 2023, though both my daughter and my two nieces were all 5 or younger. Only thing that got us then was the heat. Little beast passed out in Animal Kingdom, though the Satuli Canteen staff were phenomenal in getting her back on her feet.
Check this: Go to Disney world the first week when schools start in August or coming back from the winter break in January! All the kids will be in school. Mostly all families are not in the Disney mood. It is empty!!
If I must choose: Bookending Halloween and Christmas would be my choice. And just imagine if you could Not So Scary-Jollywood-Very Merry. Not so sure there’s enough overlap, but that would be cool.
I love Walt Disney World in the winter, specifically either early December or after January 1st. However, the weather is kind of a toss up. Twice we went during this time and there were heat waves and we were in the pool. Once we went during this time and it was the second coldest week in recorded Orlando history and we were bundled up in coats. Most of the time, though, the weather is cool but not cold.
The second day into January was the longest we were willing to wait into 2025 and it extends the Winter break instead of returning to work and school. We'll leave as the marathon runners start flooding in and still manage Big Thunder and Dino Land before they close down.
So we went for the double dip on Halloween and Christmas in 2023. Just a small warning, for whatever reason, the magic kingdom still had its Halloween decorations up November 1st, in fact they scheduled a last minute not so scary party for that night. Not really sure why but the Christmas decorations went up November 2nd. Luckily we were not leaving until the 3rd so we were able to see Christmas decorations for the first time. Moral of the story, things change in Disney world.
We're going September 21st-October 6th because it covers my sister's birthday (the 23rd) and mine (the 4th), and it covers our favorite season! Gutted we'll miss out on the new Zootopia show, Big Thunder Mountain, (and Christmas merch, haha!) but there'll always be something you're missing out on. All the new things should have been up and running for a while when we go, so hopefully it'll all be smooth sailing!
Watching to reference/best guess best times to go in 2026/2027. Already have my big trip set for next year. Hoping i can maybe convince my bestie to go here again. Unless we find more things to do in CA rather than just Disneyland. Help i still miss Disney, my trip last month was amazing and i wanna go backkkkkkk lol
We usually go the week after Labor Day because the crowds are a little lower... however we are trying to find a lower attendance week during a cooler month...🙄
I can’t wait to go on our Disney trip! DFB has been the biggest help, I’m hopeful we planned the right time for our family (and with minimal crowds). My biggest concern is our CRT reservation is for 8:55 and it’s only so late because we included an infant that made us a party of 7 when realistically, only 6 of us will be sitting/eating. Any helpful tips? Should we visit CRT in the morning and see if we can get an earlier slot?
Keep checking back as your trip gets closer, you may find something open up before you even get there. Otherwise, swinging by earlier in the day is a good option! Have a great trip!
Do you guys have any travel agents? We always sprint around every year trying to do as much as possible. It would be nice to take it slow and have someone plan for us.
they're probably pretty comparable, the Halloween parties in Magic Kingdom will sell out quickly during Halloween week, but as for regular crowds they should be about the same
Can somebody explain the hotels? How come ill be going with just one other person but my expensive room is up to 4. Can I just ask for a room for 1 and bring my guest? (Because its also up to 4) Or how can i find cheaper couples room :(
Should the last day of an epcot festival be avoided as well? Specifically festival of the arts. Weighing going the last day or a non festival day later that week.
The last day of a festival can be pretty packed out too, since locals like to come and grab their favorites festival bites and drinks before they disappear for a while. BUT that doesn’t mean you have to avoid it! I would just recommend hitting up your “must try” booths earlier on in the day to make sure they don’t run out of the items you were wanting to try later on (which is always a possibility).
A very cool day to go for people in the LGBTQ+ community is the first Saturday of June, also known as Gay Day (third party organized). Me and my wife went for the first time this year and had a blast. Everybody involved in the event wears red T-shirts to be able to recognize one another, and it’s an amazing thing to be able to feel welcomed by everyone ❤️
I don’t think Americans actually understand how not cold Florida is in winter, come here to Canada to discover cold, if you see me in shorts it’s bc I’m used to -32
Watching to hopefully validate my already planned trip.
The whole reason I clicked haha. Trip booked since 2025 reservations opened haha
lol same! Going on Jan 5!
@@Itsninasoon We are leaving 16 days after you leave for your trip

AJ’s voice and enthusiasm makes me want to book a Disney trip NOW!! 💖

Same here, last week of january
Doing that this coming year. We live in the Northeast figure at least it will be warmer there than up here.
My parents and I used to go to Ocean City New Jersey in May and October to save money
I think I’ve decided on late Jan/early Feb, since we can. Concerned about stuff being under refurbishment though, like the skyliner. Thoughts on that?

This is what I was waiting for! I’m planning a Disney trip next year but I’m undecided as to when. Thank you!
Hope you enjoy it!

that's a great deal!
I love November because most of the heat has died down, the hurricanes are mostly gone, and everything is decorated for Christmas!
SO true!! 🦃
I have ruined myself! For the last two visits I have gone during Christmas time. I’m here to see if others can convince me to try another time of year. 😊 It’s just so beautiful during the Holiday season.
We love the middle of May 😊
We’re going first week of March. So excited to go! It’s been 6 years!
How exciting!!!!!!!!

Middle of January 2025 for me! 💗
run disney?
We did that last year - be prepared for a possible cold snap.

My fiancé and I are going in February! I’d love if you made a video about how valentines is like at the parks 😁!
Woohoo! Planning my 2025 visit! So excited!
For us:
Early March, for Flower and Garden
Early May, for May the 4th
The week or so before Halloween
Mid December, before the blackouts for APs lol

I'm going the first week of Feb. Right after the holidays and right before Feb break before schools let out. Should be nice!
It was good to hear from Breea. I did not see her on the website and got worried.
Still here! ❤

We're doing for V-Day!
We scheduled our 2025 Disney World trip on a bounce back offer for the first week in May . Hopefully that will be a good time.
Its snowing here, but what would really get me in the Christmas spirit would be a stroll down Main St with my kiddos and my wife and seeing Snoap!
SNOAP IS MAGICAL!!

Shhh about the Halloween to Xmas switch. I enjoy the parks a lil lighter during this time.
Hello can you advise of the best times to go based on the weather conditions? Thanks

Hello A.J. 😃😃😃!
My goal is Dapper Day 😅
Oooooh! That one’s a FUN one! 👗

Just read any disney resort can get u the premier pass. Perhaps they were not selling enuf for the deluxe categories
Countdown has begun. 13 days to go!
SO CLOSE!!!

Is going the week of Halloween a terrible idea? Or should we wait until early November?
they're probably pretty comparable, the Halloween parties in Magic Kingdom will sell out quickly during Halloween week, but as for regular crowds they should be about the same
Fall…winter…spring-after spring break
Where is the best spot to see the parades and the fireworks at MK? I want to have spots in mind to camp out at next time.
We are going to WDW in Jan 21 next year
It’s getting close!!
@ Very
My niece & nephew are counting down the days
So am I 😅

I scanned the code but no plans have been emailed. Just a link to sign up?
I’m going to Disney world for the first time January 6th through the 9th. That’s a good time right? I’ve only ever been to Disneyland
What about mid November?
I’m going in September next year is that good?
Going in the middle of a festival, you risk items selling out.
not in Hurricane season or hot season Jan late or Feb
Im hoping to book in 2026 ❤
So I'm going first week of June, how bad off am I?
Gay Days June 5-8 - you will see a lot of red shirts
@ I’ll be there June 1-5, hopefully won’t be too crowded
aj girl i love you
Wow, Pride got all of a 3 second comment.

So it seems every legit and non legit holiday or day is celebrated except Italian heritage
All you’re missing is the skirt😂
Don’t go to Disney at all, prices are insane!
I don’t think Americans actually understand how not cold Florida is in winter, come here to Canada to discover cold, if you see me in shorts it’s bc I’m used to -32
