  • This is a bonus/break-out video of a furniture flip I did where I built a custom base for a dresser and matching side table. I give you a step-by-step of how to make your own custom legs for a piece of furniture you may be flipping or just want to give it a modern look without the BIG price tag. This is a simple DIY with a huge impact that can be achieved with a few tools and elbow grease.

    As always everything that I used in this makeover is listed below toward the bottom of the description.
    I upload a furniture flip video every Wednesday @ 3pm EST. Thanks for watching and I hope to see you on another video very soon.
    Happy flipping!!

    Hello. Great video. What kind of wood do you use?

    • @VintageAndPainted
      @VintageAndPainted  ปีที่แล้ว

      Well depends. I have used pine, poplar but my favourite is oak. It’s a good hard wood. The base in this video is pine.

    Is it possible to do the same for kitchen cabinets by removing or cutting the toe kicks and adding the legs? . I haven't been able to find videos about how to make freestanding (modular with legs like IKEA) kitchen cabinets. Thanks for sharing
