I genuinely love how this shop is set up. The crammed full cases, the figures on the celling, the front windows papered over in old comic book pages...This place is wild. Thanks for sharing!
Kind of strange to see so many American market toys at this shop in Japan not what I would consider looking for if I made the trip. Still you can find great deals on rare pieces.
Huh, how have I never seen this place before? Been to Nakano Broadway every time I've visited Tokyo. Looks like there's a store called Happy Go Lucky just around the corner from this store that sells similar stuff.
@@TOKYOTOYBANZAI indeed, I just realized I also always go Koenji, but I always go the other way from the station! The Hobby Off up there never disappoints. Only better Hobby Off I've found is down in Center Minami.
@@a-tick where is the Hobby Off? There used to be a good one right down the main shopping street on the side you are talking about, but it got turned into a Hard Off and only has hardware now (as of a year or two ago). Don't think I've been to the one in Center Minami. I've done a few videos at several other Hobby / Book-Offs in Western Tokyo though. A couple amazing ones in Hachioji and Akishima.

Hm. I remember I had a similar Turtles figure/bust that came off a bottle of bubble bath.
I was there last year, amazing stuff and the owner is so kind.

Yep! Happy Go Lucky is much smaller with the boy a handful of decent toys. There are actually a few other fun toy shops in Koenji.
