Thanks JP! For the last year or so, I've been using an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Anything older than 2 years, I was using an iPhone 6 Pro. I even edit most of my toy hunting videos on my phone with the imovie app - super convient. Otherwise, I edit on an iMac with Final Cut Pro.

I was just looking for dragon ball hunt videos in Japan on youtube when I stumble upon your channel. My cousin is going to Japan in April and he told us that while he's there, he can scout some s.h.figuarts Dragon Ball on our behalf (friends)! Even though I have yet to visit Japan, that news made me so excited! Seeing this video made me feel excited too! My last visit was early 2024, Not sure if it is just me, but Akihabara as whole became a tourist trap. The only fair priced i've seen are the new releases. If it is an old release it will most likely be overpriced. Didnt know prices were already OP in 2022.
Before the pandemic Yahoo jp auctions matches the prices in Akihabara. Even with weak yen, it's still just better to accumulate what you want then search and buy it online It will be more cheaper even with fees and international shipping It works with small items

Awesome video! That '84 was pretty elusive. Do you know how many variants Marusan made on this first go-around? From here and the Instagram post, there appears to be the rust blank and dark blue with silver spray and red dot eye.
I'm not entirely sure, but they usually have around 4 variants for each new release (including blanks). They'll have another set of variants next month as well. Stoked.

It's a monthly pop-up event at a cafe hosted by Marusan. They sell other larger kaiju toys, but we just wanted the small mini figures this time :)
