We were looking for a session to do today and we have done this one again. It is really good to do one you have done before because the patterns and exercises are a bit easier to pick up if you have done them before. Thanks again Polly. Paula and Jon

This was a challenge! Getting my arms to do something different at a different pace than my legs always takes a lot of physical and mental effort! Love the music time! Thanks for your positivity, creativity, and enthusiasm Polly! I know we’re better because of you!
We love thinking of our PFP family dancing away to music during the Polly party section of Brain & Body each week Eric and we are so glad you have fun with it!! Good on you for embracing the different pace challenges, we love your enthusiasm for movement!!

Polly, I'm like when you introduce a new exercise in a video. It makes me work hard, repeat the new parts number of times until I do it more or less the way you present it. I realize it makes you work hard to prepare a new exercise. So may be think about an old guy (me) that appreciates very much your help. Be happy.
