    • @florianmuhri7767
      @florianmuhri7767 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@markt335 It is for sure not the only reason why Bayern is so successful but its part of the fundament. The German Football league decided that all the TV rights are sold in one package instead of letting every team sell their rights separate and give some clubs the possibility to earn more money. The system of sharing the income of the league between all teams was accepted by all members, but only Bayern wanted to change that in order to get more money - they only care for small teams and others when its good for their image. So the holder of the TV rights approached Bayern offering them to announce that Bayern wants that all money is shared equally but at the same time the took 42 million Mark as compensation from the TV right holder. So they got the extra money and they also made sure that no one else in Germany had a chance to create extra revenue from selling separate rights. But I can also give you other reasons that have not been mentioned here: Being located in the most wealthy area in Germany with little to no concurrence while other regions are filled with top teams in short distance (BVB, Schalke, Koln, Dusseldorf). Building a station with the only other team in Munich, but already knowing that this will ruin them and the most important - they took financial advance from the Kirch deal and used this to get an advantage of others knowing that the 50+1 rule will take care that no one will come close. Just imagine there would be such rule in the UK - Manchester United would be far far far away from everyone else.

    Crazy Video quality and the clear explanation gives a really deep impression of Bayern Munich longterm quality :-) Even as a Dortmund FAN I absolutely respect the past success based on that strategy :-) Hainer & Kahn are also very smart and will be really good for the future management. Your Red Bull video also explained the RB strategy on a really high-level. So let's see how Leipzig, Bayern and hopefully Dortmund will compete on a longterm "trail" :-) Already excited for new videos and looking forward to these :-)

    Their transfer strategy is top notch. Low risk strategy without non-sense spending in transfer or salary. They needed runner-up treble to broke transfer record and signed Javi Martinez back then. Most of their core players were developed in house (Alaba, Kimmich, Muller), bargain buy (Boateng, Gnabry, Robben) or dirt cheap free transfers from domestic league (Neuer, Lewy, Goretzka).

    AWS or Amazon would make a lot of sense. Global branding super power that is also heavily involved in data analytics. You see a lot of sports leagues and teams join forces with them, and similar cloud based analytics organizations (other example would be F1 team McLaren and Splunk - up in coming data analytics software company). Joining forces with AWS would be even more beneficial as analytics has been proven to be helpful in building great teams: Current Liverpool team or power house Tampa Bay lightning in the NHL.

    Great video. Bayern have been clever and done excellent for themselves. The downside of this is that the bundesliga has become a one team league. The ratio from bundesliga tv rights between Bayern and the last team has been and is over 3:1. For comparison the 1st to last team ratio in the pl the last years has been 1.5-2:1. Long term (assuming covid reprocations will progressively reduce and football economics will recover) bundesliga for anyone that is a non Bayern fan (especially outside germany) is very boring.

    Who stole Klopp, Auba,Pulisic, Werner, Konate, Havertz, and manny more.
    Yes PL.
    Bayern are reacting to fight the PL dominance in BuLi. So it is either the BuLi becones Bayern academy or be the pl Academy. Neuer was wanted by ManU, Lewa by real, Upa by chelsea and Tottenham, and Nagelsmann is a dream manager for many teams.
    All were leaving their clubs.
    Bayern are reinforcing themselves rather than seeing the league become like Liga Nos or Erdivise.
