Why do they put carpet anywhere. Floors are so much nicer looking and more hygienic.
People who don't like to clean as often use carpet. If you have ahrd floors whether they be any form of tile, laminate,wood or concrete have to clean about twice a week, more of they have pets. Dust, dirt, fur, and hair shows up everywhere. We have to clean our floors every 2 days, sometimes everyday, and on bad days twice a day.
I don't understand the concept of putting carpet anywhere! WHO is asking for it? Nobody like it!

I love these homes. People are interested in the price and I don't understand why it's such an ancient Chinese secret that you can't give a base price. I think we all understand that you have a base starting price. We know that if we want upgrades, the price goes up and if you want it to be delivered to your area that will also be an increase. If you want to do a house and land deal, it will increase. What we don't need to do is fall in love with a house we can't even think of affording. We can then move on to a smaller house in the large stock of homes you have available can't we hear the base price as is!!!! I always feel like people are trying to con me when they do this. As Judge Judy says, " don't pee on my leg and tell me it's raining". How much is this house as is right now. What's the STARTING price???? I have tried to call several time and have not been able to reach anyone.
Because this is what is taught to sales people at almost every company. Always talk up "value" before price and never quote a price till after you have built up all of the value. Just part of the "game" that companies play. What they don't realize is that people don't want to be mind played and do not want the "treatment" just a price so they can decide by themselves if they can afford it or not.

$65/sq ft is very reasonable when you consider that out here in Cali construction prices are running about $400/sq ft. not counting land and plans/permits.
So 2800 square feet times 65 is 182,000. I could definitely build a better house for that price.

I’m 26 with no wife and no kids. I been doing electrical work (wiring entire homes) since I was 16 which is how I bought my first car. I have watched/helped my pops build a 3 store house in which he lives in now and I grew up in for most of my teenage years. I have been employed with contractors where I have learn how to pour large concrete slabs, operate heavy equipment, even drive dump trucks with no cdl (I know, illegal). I know how to and I have put stones on a entire house with NO help, but me. My brother always tell me “I’m a older woman’s dream” 😂 I said all that to say this; I thought about getting me a house build from ground up, I thought about building my own house from ground up but honestly I think when I’m finally ready, and got my money how I want it I’m just gone buy a single, double, or triple wide. I feel like I’m cutting myself short or settling by going that route but honestly It’s some real beautiful mobile homes out there and the only bad thing is they loose value real quick....

Why didn't we get to see inside the pantry?? You're talking too much and we aren't seeing things. Would like to have seen a floor plan. I think I missed a bedroom somewhere.

I saw this same model on another channel. I hated it their because it looked so cheap and dated. But this home is finished so beautifully I would have no second thoughts of buying if I was looking. Really beautiful home.

Linda K theyre probably 2x2's.... Modulars are notorious for that.... My house is 2x6, and cost me a lot less than this modular.
@@bevalee1533 yea I was going to get a modular for a spare home on my hunting area and when I studied the design of how theyre built I was like absolutely not.
2x2. And almost all are weak at the roof joints.
At the middle especially on the ends.
When that joint gets weak it starts a whole mess of problems, need a new roof, may need a new wall, might have mold issues.... Etc.
A neighbor of my other property bought one, and in 5 years he had the roof/wall issue.
Steered me completely clear of it.

I’m not fond of that wide open floor plan, I prefer to have my dining room separate and I don’t like seeing the kitchen from the living room it feels like you are in one big room where you can see everything and I like the kitchen to be unseen. I know you say it’s one of the most popular floor plans but I guess I’m a little more traditional. Plus these houses cost to much after you have to buy your land and put in the utility and septics system as well as the slab and skirting and porches and stairs and then you still have no garage so you’re looking at a 300k home in the end and you can buy a complete house for less than 225k with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths
