I keep watching this video, which is very rare. I love the layout, love the windows, and having the stone finish on the outside is such a huge improvement vs regular skirting. I would love to see a added features in master bedroom, a big fireplace with mantel and cutout area for very large tv, French doors leading out to a covered patio deck, or have wrap around porch with the master bedroom porch section enclosed in case of rainy days. Otherwise this is a perfect home. Absolutely beautiful.
Home is where your heart is❤. My auntie lives in manufactured home and it's beautiful. She is always remodeling and redecorating. I'm gonna be able to get me one in the next five years. The one in this video is one I would love to have😁.
Nailed it on that master bedroom! I don't know why this isn't more common in average homes. You mention it in the video, but it's useful no matter what phase of life you or your family happen to be in. Great spot for a baby crib and infant essentials; my youngest's crib took up so much of my room but was never even slept in. lol It would've been amazing to set up a mini nursery instead. It's also perfect for a toddler bed, too, to get through those nights or years when they're still afraid to sleep in their own bedroom. Any phase after that, it's the perfect place for a "get away" spot: small home office, reading nook, an extra TV corner, or even just a decorative seating area. Or for unforeseen events, such as an elderly or disabled family member, etc who you aren't comfortable sleeping away from. Would have been great for a couple I know; the wife was on hospice for ~2 years before she passed in early January. I took care of her for the last 18 months of those 2 years. :( They have a beautiful 3 bedroom home, but the rooms are so small that he slept apart from her and had to use a baby monitor. Anyway, I just wanted to point out the obvious-- more bedroom space would be fabulous and useful for most people, regardless of age/ circumstance!
no worries.. a lot of folks haven't seen the new construction standards and haven't been exposed to the type of product that we produce. It's a lot like basing opinions on a car that is 20 years old. I appreciate your comments and glad to see you have an open mind. Bill
I think that anyone would be proud to live in a home this beautiful. The fact that it's "manufactured" doesn't matter, so long as the construction is up to par.
I agree with you Nigel. I mean aren't all homes "manufactured"? Whether it comes in already built not exposed to the elements or built from the foundation up one board at a time and possibly getting rained on, snowed on or whatever.
This is a beautiful home. It would be perfect for myself, my daughter and son-in-law and 3 grandsons. I've never seen a manufactured home with such detail and features that are usually reserved for foundation built homes

Front porch is awesome. Use tall cabinets for counters and tall elongated toilets in ALL bathrooms. Kitchen all white - Brown can be option. NO linolium - wood, vinyl plank, or ceramic tile for any hard floors. Nice quality cabinets. 9 foot ceilings good. Transom windows excellent! Put a small transom in any closet that you can. Quality of fixtures you used is wonderful.
I have a home set up with the same layout. My mother needed help and moved in. I placed a door at the kitchen / "kids room" doorway. That room is now her TV room, her office to the left and the other room for her bed. Also she has a private bath! I have my office off the master and still have a guest room with the house bath next to them. This layout is the most versatile I could find, very happy with it !!!

Those that give thumbs down are those who think of manufactured/modular homes as “trailers”. But I must say that if I’m going to pay $190+K for a home, it certainly isn’t going to be a manufactured or modular home. You may say that more per square foot can be gotten..... At over $190,000, I want a built from the ground home. We lived in a mobile home/ manufactured home for over ten years, that’s enough for me. It is beautiful though.

Yes, Beautiful home but I would suggest putting the oven right next to the stove, and the cabinets next to the oven, in between the oven and the small kitchen wall. I know that the paint on the wall would heat up from the oven being on and the door opening - not a good thing. The home otherwise is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I am a huge fan of the pre-fab homes. It is so big it is literally two homes in one. My daughter and mom live on one end, my husband and I the other🤣There end even has a den w/ a kitchenette. I live it SOOO much. My goodness!! This is a spectacular home! I always think of where I would want my bedroom. I change some things up in my mind. The two bedrooms with the kid area, I would turn into a second master-ish and put a hallway through the fourth bedroom and put two or three large bedroom (thinking for teens or adults) to increase the size and comfort. You really have designed this home to be well thought out. Great style choices and staged nicely. Thank you for sharing :)

I'm so glad that you pointed out all the details about the trim around inside the closet and that beautiful gorgeous and the washing machine in the dryer go there's so much room I just love that can't never get enough room to work around when you're in the laundry room and the brick around that kitchen just makes it whole kitchen just pop out it is gorgeous and I love those doors out coming in and out the house that's a big plus for me and the way the outside looks makes it look like a home like you said
The home is built with extra insulation, thermal windows, Solar shield roof decking is also available. I'm sure a local contractor could provide solar panels if that is something you'd like to look into.
There is one in the Master bathroom. Gary walked in it when the person showing the home was talking about the height of the shower head. I personally prefer the shower hear to be lower so I can reach it. I’m only 5 feet tall.

That is a beautiful home! Things I would change to make it to suit me, I would make all the cabinets white, the kitchen floor would be a gray, the blue carpet would be changed to a light gray, I would put Jets in the tub for sure, and the cabinets in the bathroom would be white. Wish I could afford something like this.
Gail Smiley. I thought the same about the cupboards being white. Would give a cleaner, more updated look and more spacious looking. Those dark cupboards are outdated looking and darken the room. I hate the drive being all the way over to the side.

Put a small transom in any closet that you can. Quality of fixtures you used is wonderful.
I have a home set up with the same layout. My mother needed help and moved in.
I placed a door at the kitchen / "kids room" doorway.

Always pre-treat your ground for termites before placing a home to your site.
We do that for our customers who choose to do FHA financing.
