Carpet only in the bedrooms...if at all. I watch these videos to get ideas for my house. I inherited a 1997 doublewide. It was a top of the line home when it was new and has been very well taken care of. I plan on updating it as I can and I get really good ideas from watching what new manufactured homes look like now. This house is beautiful. Anyway, my house has carpet throughout except the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room. I am planning on pulling up all the carpet and replacing all the flooring with LVP very soon. I plan to just use rugs in some places.
Awesome! Very good for you. That’s a beauty about owning a preowned manufactured home. If you want to do work to it, you absolutely can. And it is more affordable to fix up. I wish you the very best in your manufactured home.😊👍
I agree. This house is so huge. It would need a directory at the front entry way. Just like an indoor shopping mall. in the kitchen is beautiful also. And thank you .😊👍

You’re absolutely welcome. And yes, there is too much carpet for this home in my opinion. Nothing against those that do the carpet though. I just like hardwood or tile floors in a high traffic areas in my home. And only carpet in the bedrooms. And yes… Lighter cabinets would also be nice.😊 👍
@@divinemobilehomecentral6240 carpet is not as easily cleaned like hardwood tile or lvp just have a robot vacuum cleaner the heated floors would be a big ticket item but I personally think they could help keep heating costs down
@@donaldstrickland8093 absolutely ….carpet definitely holds a lot of dust in pet dander too. And yes… and yes, the heated floors would definitely help the Home stay more energy efficient in the winter months. Energy efficiency is definitely important to me in My future mobile home buying.😊👍
I can't believe this is a mobile home! It's beautiful but way too much house for me. I'd need something half the size unless my older two children plan on staying with me to help me take care of it then it's perfect. I agree the carpet has to go and I'd prefer a good laminate wood flooring with accent rugs throughout.
