you should check out Diana Ankudinova! Especially Wicked Game. She has a voice most people discribe as unique and never heared before and even some professional singers had problems figuring out how she produces these sounds. maybe you can explain to us how this works :)
I have never heard of her before watching this and her original video. I think she has a really good voice, but I think some of the choices were rather poor choices. I liked Mother Knows Best, and the Maleficent song. I don't know the Cruella De Ville song that well. For the rest, although the makeup is great, her vocal range doesn't lend well to covering those songs, especially with Hellfire, Poor Unfortunate Souls, and Jafar reprise. I am indifferent with Gaston's song. The Hocus Pocus finally was nice.
Hey mpbaird :) Yeah, definitely Mother Knows Best and Once Upon a Dream were my favourites too! Interesting about Georgia's vocal range. I think her range is good, but it sits more comfortably higher than the male characters she's playing. As you say, one of the videos' biggest strengths is the performance Georgia gives to each song :) Have a fun day :)
