Have you played Purrlock Holmes? I didn't find a review you've done for it ... but we own that and love the art and everything else about it ... If you've played both they seem rather similar, correct? Can't imagine needing both? And if you've played both which do you prefer and why? Thank you for another great review ... you're usually my go-to for deduction games!
It replaces 'Telepathy Jr.' more than 'Guess who' for me. But then again, 'Telepathy Jr' (and more than that Dinosaur Tea Party) replaced Guess who, so... Transitively...
They are both great. This rely's only on pure deduction where the other one rely's more on reading the behaviors of the other players, and betting. So it depends what you're in the mood for at that point. I'd say I like them equally as much. This one is 10 min where the other is about 20 min so that might play into it too.
another difference (which to me bums out 'museom suspects') is that there may not be a suspect in museom suspects. the randomization of clues is such that it might negate every suspect. I personally don't like a deduction game where it's an option.
@@TheGameBoyGeeks donno... 1 in 10 is pretty high for me... even 1 in 15. But I get it's also a personal preferance thing. Still, I do think the existance of that chance is worth noting.
I hope you like the review!

I have not played that one! Wish I could be more help!
Thank you for this review. It looks like little fun deductive puzzle.
It is!

@thegameboygeek hey, this I a little random, but saw a post by you on BGG about Champions of Akathena. Do you still have it? Can I buy it off of you?
That must have been someone else as I’m not familiar with that Game
We have Dinosaur Tea Party (wonderful) which seems similar?
I liked that one too! This one is more straight forward (no special abilities like possibly lying)
Which one do you prefer, this or Museum Suspects?

@@nshaw1299 I emailed the designer about that and It’s very rare for that to happen (I think less than 10% chance).

But by adding a space to bet on that said there are no suspects, it’s a valid strategy in the game
