    Small correction: the Lolita BOOK never romantazised it the writer himself never even wanted the cover to have a real girl on it and openly said its not romantazing it , its the movies and such that romantazised it

      Exactly. The book Lolita is a condemnation of Humbert Humbert actions. You're not supposed to root for Humbert humbert, you're supposed to be disgusted with his actions for destroying the life of a young girl

    i think i kinda like the old coquette but obivously people arent wearing that stuff in public and its really expensive but coquette is so cute in my opinion modern and old lol

      Considering that Japanese Street fashion is pretty popular ? You know, like Lolita fashion it's a safe bet that there are people wearing that.

    Actually, Lolita fashion is inspired by Victorian fashion and some Rococo. There's subsets call Lolita fashion. From classic lolita to Kuro, Shiro, casual, sailor,sweet, country lolita... ect.
    I've never heard of an nymphet subculture. I have heard of kinderwhore fashion in the 90s and I know about some adults being into age play but that's it.
