I'll give you a pass because you're probably not American. But everything he said about American laws and government was 100% false.
All 9 justices are politically appointed, that's just how it works unfortunately. And only 5 of them are conservative so that means one of the liberal ones voted for this. You can't get more equal than 5 and 4, so one side is always going to have the majority.
Also abortion is not and never was a constitutional right.
The 10th amendment of the constitution says that any power not given to the federal government by the constitution is given to the states. And since there's nothing about abortion, it's up to each state to decide.
Abortion was never banned. The point of the decision was that the federal government is not within their rights to allow or ban abortion at all because of this 10th amendment.
Besides, this tool lives in California, a state that has not and will not ban abortion. Only 13 states have, so there's a whole 37 other ones where you can live in or travel to if you want an abortion.
America is actually more free than ever now because the supreme court is giving states their constitutional rights back. Actual constitutional rights.
Now people can live in the state that governs the way they wish to be governed. It's a pretty sweet deal actually.

No one is infringing upon the right of a woman to do what they wish with their body. A fetus/baby is not a part of a woman's body and no scientific document says otherwise.
You don't get to murder a person because it is more convenient to you. Accept responsibility and consequences of your actions like a mature adult. If you don't want kids, then there are plenty of options:
      1. Abstinence
      2. Contraception
      3. Adoption
If non of those are options for you, embrace parenthood instead of killing a person.

Devastated, also, as you are, for all the women's and men's lives that are being deeply affected for years to come. Because make no mistake, ALL lives are being affected by these decisions. I was also raised in East Croydon, London and born in Redhill.
Yes I love the UK too.....
Dear sir, I am confused by your rational.
How on earth can you feel anger about young innocent babies regaining their constitutional right to exist in the States?
What on earth are you angry about?
I gather that may not be your inclination, but.... anger?
How can withholding death be a reason to be livid?
We are not discussing the de-installation of open office here, but the termination of a human life.
Moreover ... the supreme court did NOT remove those rights.
Only they have placed the choice in the hands of the state legislators, where it belonged.
If the majority of the people do NOT want to see babies cut to peaces, is that a reason to get furious?
There is a lack of common sense in this whole issue.
Why can't people calmly sit around a table with a cup of tea and debate the issues openly and freely.
Why all this talk about anger, fits of rage, violence and the rest?
That is NOT how our nation became great.

Disgust & Anger that highly vetted serious Judges with 30+ years of education in Law EACH have interpreted he U.S Constitution in this way. We are not talking about some wacky politicians. We are talking about Supreme Court Justices who have been vetted by Congress…both houses & politicians decided they sere fit & proper to be selected . And just because some people decide they do not like this interpretation, we have Outrage.
This reminds me of the O.J Simpson trial. Its never a case of right & wrong in the U.S or about evidence. Its about , if you disagree, you are wrong.
Whatever happened to accepting the result. In a Court case an election or a trial you have several possible outcomes. Sometimes your preferred result is not achieved. This does not mean the Electorate are wrong, the Jury are wrong or Judges are wrong. It just means they came to a different conclusion than you. So if you are fighting against the Judges, the Jury or the Electorate, maybe you need to ask yourself, are you infact wrong ?

@@monsterhanna6691 you cannot get an abortion when a baby becomes an Actual baby. You get an abortion typically immediately after finding out you are pregnant if you feel like you need one. This isn’t about, “murder.” This is about controlling woman and any other individual born with a uterus, population growth, and religion. No one should have the right to there body stripped away from them for any reason. Aborting a fetus is not easy on mother’s, it’s a hard choice. God forbid you have to make the choice and/or need to expel of an embryo and you can’t. That baby will either be a still born and die with there mother, go into the disaster of a foster system, become human trash, or become so mentally fucked up that they commit suicide or other means of addition. As some one who struggles with the latter it is not fun. At all. Not only that abortions, will not stop people will just try unsafe methods to rid themselves of a fetus that will kill them or a fetus that they are not ready to care for. Who are you to take away that right and feel like you have that authority over another individual’s body. Just know that everyth8ng in the last 5-10 years are going into history books. And you are on the wrong side.
I feel so bad for active victims of rape and sexual assault. There rapists will brutalize them more to expel of the fetus. Just look at all the countries that have “no woman rights” in place and look real close at there disastrous statistics. That’s where we, “the land of the free” are heading. This is only the beginning of what they are attempting to take away. What’s next? Segregation? Civil war?

Except James is wrong about his own country. Women are restricted from abortions after 24 weeks, and a woman has to get consent from 2 doctors that have to meet specific criteria. Women in the UK cannot get late term abortions. All that happened in the US is that each state gets to decide how abortion will be handled. In New York and California you will still be able to get your abortion 5 minutes before birth and maybe in some states they limit or don't allow it.

Sometimes it is medically advisable because the fetus has severe genetic defects like anencephaly (a defect where part of the brain/skull hasn't developed and is missing). Those pregnancies typically end in a stillborn or neonate that survives only a few hours. Is it not reasonable to offer termination for that pregnancy? One thing I never hear anti-abortion groups rallying for is more funding for the medical expenses and costs associated with all these forced pregnancies.

I didn’t know anything about what happens during an abortion, I thought it was just a clump of cell they where removing. However I have changed my mind completely on abortion. I just had a look at the Procedure and I seen graphic murder scenes that wouldn’t even come close to what I just witnessed. To see tiny little hands and feet and heads ripped apart like that with perfectly formed legs and arms. One little Bub had a full coving of hair on its head and they where curled up on a blood docked towel with their tiny little mouths open. Some looked like they were sleeping with their tiny little heads tilted to the side. I am a pretty tough lady however these photographers broke my heart. Did you know that no two people are alike we are one of a kind and can’t ever be duplicated. The final blow to my heart was seeing the two tiny little twins on the blood soaked towel all both mangled by the suction device lying there together in death that could have been prevented. The most heart wrenching thing I have ever seen in my life. I was a day away from murder myself back in 1962 if it wasn’t for my father saving my life because the very next morning my mother was off to have me killed, it is hard to get my head around that and that was 60 years ago. I would never have experienced the sunshine on my face, swam in a beautiful ocean, walked in the beautiful woods or seen a rainbow or the stars in a beautiful night sky, the wonderful feeling of falling in love, my wedding day, the absolute joy my husband and I felt when I finally fell pregnant after we both tried for 5 years to fall pregnant. The beautiful birth of our gorgeous blue eyed blonde haired little perfect baby girl. Motherhood is the most glorious achievement in the world, and what a beautiful young woman my daughter is , I am so proud of her achievements. One life thats all we get. I am an atheist so are all my family including my daughter. We don’t have to believe to know that life is sacred. ❤️🌟🧸

For those who call upon the name of Jesus shall be saved and will have there names written in heaven book of life…….

Shit health care, ridiculously expensive education, women’s rights down the toilet, more than two mass shootings per day, they will ban gay marriage next, insane corruption and money in politics, the water is not drinkable, the country is drying up, if I had the possibility, I’d leave the states. No way I’d bring up my kids there. Couldn’t afford to take care of them or educate them. Isn’t it so great that 6 far right religious lunatics can decide the fate of millions and millions of women and girls? Sounds like freedom and democracy right?

There is no “right to abortion” in the Constitution. you declare that the Constitution enshrines a right to abortion - yet you think the Constitution does not include a right to bear arms, a right to freedom of political speech, a right to retain property free of government seizure or a right to practice religion. In 1965, a broad “right to privacy” was crafted. Then the court extended that right to privacy to include the killing of a third party, an unborn human life - and overrode state definitions of human life in the process.

What about the baby’s right to live. The baby didn’t have a choice to be conceived, the mother had a right to choose if she had sex or not. There are millions more deaths of innocent children from abortion than there are from guns.

You clearly haven’t read the judgement. The freedom that your parliament enjoyed to introduce the law is the very freedom that has been returned to the legislature in the United States. It’s not banning abortion, it’s properly finding that there is no basis for a right to abortion in the Constitution, and that it should be a matter left to the legislature. The very thing you use to celebrate Britain, is the very same thing you should use to celebrate this decision in the USA. Of all the celebrity takes on this decision that they don’t even bother to read, this is the most illogical and internally inconsistent. Please read the judgment
