    Wudang Five Animal Qigong is one of the most practiced pillars by Wudang Martial Artists and Qigong Practitioners. Historically Wudang Taoists were required to practice these five forms daily. This practice is comprised of five major forms including Tortoise, Snake, Dragon, Tiger & Crane

    Labeling which animal you were doing would have helped. I think I guessed the snake correctly. Having everyone moving in unison would have helped me concentrate on the movement rather than trying to watch everyone at the same time. Better yet, have one person moving. Very interesting tho, will watch this vid again. Thank you.

    These are really good exercises I can add to my Wu Dang 5 animal chi gong.We don't do Dragon,Turtle and snake.But instead the Deer ,Bear ,and Monkey.So for me this is a welcoming surprise..To integrate and learn along side what I've been taught.Hoping I can grasp the movements especially the fast parts..But without doubt I'm really grateful and inspired that you've shared this..Subscribed to your channel.Without a doubt since I'm hoping and knowing you will continue to inspire me in the way of Wu Dang Arts.Be it Tai Chi/Tai YI or Chi Gong...Thank You so much for sharing.Much love always..❤

    Creo que no es la vibración original oriental oriente su ADN crea movimientos más lentos energéticamente en cambio la frecuencia energética occidente tiende a los movimientos más rápidos al menos es lo que observé con este video al comparar con otros.Pero esos movimientos lentos lleva mucha carga energética y ala vez livianismo el movimiento ccidente es más pesado
