It worked!!! Thank you so much. This printer works waaaaay different than my old HP Photosmart 6520. I don't want to realize that my old 1 may have died forever 😔 I needed to print some items & had to get 1. This 1 is not near as nice, but I really appreciate your videos. 👍 You have helped me on something else, but it had to do with a different device I believe. Keep up the good work.

I just checked out this video because I wanted to see if there is an easier method. Apparently there isn't. It would be nice if HP built-in a double-sided copy. It would simplify things greatly. They should also build in a double-sided scan.
The much easier way is to press 'two-sided' once the print page shows up on the computer screen.
Just got my printer What a Fkin Hassell to do a simple print job. Very disappointed that we have to Google the answers. Hp is not great.

maybe you can help me when I place a paper in the top tray to make a copy of it, my lights on the right side of the copier doesn’t light up , the only thing that does is the wi-fi light I try to get help from HP support but I get nowhere with them

Actually I find HP Smart to be totally useless. It keeps coming up with Do you Want to Allow this site to make changes to your computer. I never get to a print page where I can tell it to print double sided. I had to come to this site to find out how to do double sided printing - and then I was disappointed because there wasn't an auto-feed capability in my printer that did that for me. I find I have to take the pages out, turn them around and re-insert them both on the feeder and then on the paper tray. That's no good to me.

@Millie Hamilton , we were showing how to copy 2-sided document with a single-sided Document feeder. Here's the video showing the automatic 2-sided printing.

Don't be confused between Copying 2 sided and Printing 2 sided.
