That was a great teaching on what communion in the body of Christ truly is that maybe it would be helpful if it was also contrasted against what it’s not. that is trying to participate in some sort of Passover ceremony that the Lord Jesus Christ did with his earthly ministry and his apostles to the circumcision
I enjoyed that teaching on communion, wish the body would understand that concept. I do believe that there is just "one baptism" which is the baptism that brings us into his body, therefore in context it is exclusively the only baptism that matters for the believer. So in Eph 4:5 that says "one Lord, one faith, one baptism" it means one! There is no other context of meaning that can be construed. One is One as in only.
Each of us having a certain measure of FAITH but the Holy Spirit still working the SAME in us WITHOUT measure. Each of us according to his MEASURE but working unto FULLNESS of each (see the parable of the talents). That would be the optimum condition of the WHOLE Body. Romans 12:3 "For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, *according as God hath dealt to EVERY man the MEASURE OF FAITH."* John 3:34 "For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: *for God giveth NOT THE SPIRIT BY MEASURE unto him."*
Awesome teaching, It's like we're listening to the Lord himself❤
Glory to God. Beautiful sermon.
Another good teaching .
