Step 1: Give your dog a rabies booster shot
Step 2: 2 weeks after, Take FAVN test
Step 3: Wait 30 days. After FAVN has passed , you are now free to book a date to travel.
Step 4: With more than 10 days before travel, mail your AQS form to Hawaii
Step 5: With less than 10 days to travel, get health certificates from vet. It has to be less than 10 days.
Step 6: Collect your dog from Quarantie Center for direct release.
Remember to check in with airlines and book a spot for your dog if flying in cargo.
Some airlines wont accept pets in winter and summer months. Clarify with the airline.
